why even chance it? every book has the occasional issue BUT this place seems there is a new complaint every other day plus the crap they make you do to get a BTC payout is ridiculous per a few posters....It's not worth risk esp since its nothing special even if they do pay

I actually received a payout from them about 3-4 grand via bitcoin. I was only playing with them a short time until they really started going down hill, well probably after they got pretty bad about 5 months ago, and was paid out within 24 hours. Bet dsi is not the same dsi it was few years back. There customer service reminds me of Comcast it’s frustrating but funny too in a way.

I have two people in contact by PM who are being stuffed around something terrible.

A female who had to jump through many hoops over weeks, only to be told she would not be paid her 5 figure balance if she could not produce a phone bill for a fake phone number, whilst they were speaking to her on the real phone number. Once called out they changed stance and agreed to pay her, but that was now over 2 weeks ago and they are still stuffing her around with excuses as we speak.

Second person has 6 figures to withdraw and seems to have annoyed them somehow as they also seem to be enjoying dicking him around as much as possible for their amusement. Refuse to let him use bitcoin to take it. DSI insist it must be a wire in chunks of exactly 25k at a time. Because the player said he did not want it that way as he was concerned about his bank and 25k international wires. First one sent and his bank rejects it as he was worried about. Player says he has bad credit score and opening another account is not only difficult but 25k wires into brand new account is not a feasible option anyway.

Bottom line, he says DSI refuse to send in smaller amounts and refuse him bitcoin and do not sound like they have any interest in helping.

There are other issues of a similar nature over the last few months. Those two just happen to be current and PMing me personally.

I hear poster DwightShute might be willing to personally guarantee your balance there if you ask him though. According to him these players are liars and I am idiot for believing anything they say!

So there is that point of view too. Make up your own mind.

I am one of the players he speaks of.... and I'm glad to have his help at this point.....I have over 107k and not able to do bitcoin or ** payouts...... everything he has reported is true....I even tried to work with this book.....how is these new found books out doing the 20 yr old book....smh

What about establishing an offshore bank account to receive wires with? Or maybe, even a Kraken account - I think they would take a wire for a deposit if you do all the verification. Or even go to the domocile they bank at and establish an account and just do an account to account transfer? There has to be a way to land these wires and I agree with you that the USA is not the place to receive a wire.

most gamblers are liars. Everyone knows this. Believe what you want. meanwhile people keep getting paid as usual.

i agree with you 100%,i have been paid by them fast everytime,and as recently as 2 days ago.and i seriously doubt that a person with 100k tied up at a online sportsbook would even type"lmao"...i know i wouldnt have a sense of humor.

I'm not saying DSI is the the best book around, but I'm confused why folks are having any trouble with them. I've been treated very well by them. I've won plenty, been paid timely, and not been limited. In the last two days received two BTC payouts each within 24 hrs.

I think there is something shady going on with some of these players that are posting complaints here.

Really this Seneca guy won $100k?? Okay lets say he/she did. Is it a surprise that the book wants to confirm his/her identity and make the guy receive the money in a legitimate bank account. Books have done this to me for far less.

Exactly...why chance a book that’s nothing special with these horror story Complaints from seemingly honest and cooperative peeps.?...the book is def trending downward and red flagged even though some peeps still get paid....not worth risk
