Noxwin is not paying me

Few days ago they disabled their sport section so for me this bookmaker became useless.
I've 2,265.56 EUR on my account and after I asked a withdrawal for the whole amount, they suggested me via live chat to split it into more parts and ask smaller amounts. I did like this and I asked for 1/3 of it, around 755 euros. Nothing changed because my withdrawal is still pending since a week (even if Skrill is an instant payment method). Moreover they suggested me to write to their financial department via mail, but i I got no answer from them. Also they are not answering anymore to live chat as you find a long queue at any time, that never ends also if you wait the (fake) eta. This behaviour is very suspicious and weird. It's first time I withdraw from them, and for sure last time I'll play with them, if things are like this.

Someone had same? how you did? what do you suggest? any input welcome

I was "happy" to open account here before they closed. Verification was long, but then i made 90$ request, and they paid in 3 days, than 95$, and they paid in 2 days. Last 45$ they paid in the same day, or after this. So if you want to recieve money faster - try to make some little requests.

Hello everybody! I have a problem with payout from noxwin.com too. i made withdrawal request on 27.04.2018 waited almost month and 25.05.2018 i cancelled my request and made new. the support do not answer. My amount on 27.04.2018 was 123$ now is 90$. All sum in my account is 160$ and 120$ out of it is deposit. I think noxwin is down(((
