hi, i have problem with dotabet. I am not able to withdrawal my money due to "investigation". I made two deposits (both 200 euro) two months ago (20-12-2017). I sent documents few days later (29-12-2017), account has been verified but i can't withdraw money because security department blocked my account. They didn't told me why. I asked about it on live chat but the only answer is "still in progress, please check again tommorow". I was waiting week, month but it lasts too long. I don't have a lot of money on my account (884 euro) so i don't understand what the problem is. I am the new on the forum but i hope you will help me to get my money back.

Dotabet asked that SBR post this statement about this player complaint.
"The player in question had his account suspended pending an investigation into account activity, following the investigation he had his initial deposit returned to him and the winning bets were voided. This, as far as we are concerned, has closed the matter.
