Hello,

my fund on betrally are voided. The amount 5.200€+ for terms and conditions. Only the original deposit (800€ done with skrill was refunded).
The other amount no, without no explanation or similar. Hope to have your help, cause it's frustrating.

SBR take a while (sometimes 10-14 days or more) to get your complaint going. Just be patient and sbr will take care of you as best as they can.

One was done 2 months ago, when my account was blocked and 0 replies, none took care about.
It's the only way that i can have an help against Betrally, cause there is no chance with them. And i don't have dissrespected their T&C, so to see void an amount of 5.000€+ it looks like a scam to me.
