    Hi,
I signed up to Don Carbone when they were offering $50 free.To be able to withdraw you had to bet $1250.

I met the terms and conditions and this was confirmed by their live chat team, but the account had to be over 30 days old before you could request a maximum of $250 so I had to sit tight.

They have now changed the terms from $1250 wagered to $2500 accumulative total.

Can they legally do this after I met the original terms and conditions ??

I also have an email from them which i received after asking them how much of the wagering I had met etc and got the response...

    Thank you for your email.

Your calculated accumulated risk as of today is $1131. You are $119 away from the $1250 rollover requirement.

If you require further assistance, do not hesitate to contact me.

They can't change the rollover requirement mid-way through. That's a foul if they try.

Thanks for the advice but I shouldnt need to.

This company should not be allowed to do this.

Agreed, you shouldn't have to... but just vets trying to tell u what might be the easiest course of action if ordinary logic does not prevail.

If wagering some more is not to your liking, then Justin is the guy to help you.

They have left me no choice but to take legal action.

Does anyone know who regulates this bookmaker or where I can start the process of legal action ?

Legal action - for changing the terms of a no deposit bonus? Lol u must be kidding....

Ask Justin7 to help you, and if he can't, try to complete the rollover.

As for busting the money out - my opinion is, that forget this choice.
If you win at DC's, I am not sure that they will pay you out - they can change the terms for this bonus anytime.

Start by filling out a complaint form here:

This is a clear foul, and I hope we can clear this up with them.
