Thanks for your reply Ionnie first of all,

I am from Germany but my ecopayz has EUR and TRY currencies.

I don't remember which currency i opened at begin by flamantis and than saw it's TRY and they couldn't change it and i used it so.

Their reason is SURE BET when they said now.

I don't know how they can tell it to be honest.

They probably spend more on their software to monitor potential arbs against them than any arber does to find them.

It only takes a handful of instances of hitting arbs against the same other book at the right time for you to be flagged. And even if you had a wide selection of opposing books to use, or placed a lot of single bets as well, the stats of how often you "get lucky" and hit one get WAY out of range of everyone else fast anyway.

If a book seriously wants to catch out arbers, it's almost impossible to avoid detection.

Everyone agrees they should not be allowed to confiscate winnings for this and should cash you out and just close your account, but as Lonnie said above, they don't care what everyone thinks and if you want to take advantage of the group as an arber, you just have to play the game their way :\

I'm waiting 26 days for 600eur on e-wallet ecopayz in noxwin .I have fully verified account. I Already made one successfull withdrawal (200eur more than one month ago)

Yes, i took it pawel.
It took 2-3 hours when spoke with them.

Just threated them that if they don't pay, i will come to the office in Bulgaria and they paid and closed the account.

Noxwin emailed to say they have now paid the player we had a complaint in from. Not sure if that is you or not now

I don't know what to do? I made a lot of deposits during January (I didn't see this thread). They don't want to check documents (more that 4 business days instead time frame 3), they don't answer phone, reject all payments, chat support just tell to write emails with no answers and as I understand it would be very hard to return even my deposit money. They are 10 years in the betting industry and now spoil everything. How to return money? Could anyone help with the advise? It's better to make small payouts or maybe one big and wait? Maybe someone have phone or email of chief manager. It's not normal that few days ago I deposit 1000+ Euro and can't withdraw anything...
I don't want any profit, I just want to get back my deposit money as possible quickly...

Alex, you sound too worried about this. You will be sounding suspicious to the book as well if you are talking about just wanting your deposit back after 4 days wait for KYC.

I suggest you try to stay patient and just wait for the KYC to be completed and deal with the outcome once known. There is nothing you can do to positively help by complaining. Plenty of books can take a week or so. 4 days isnt that unusual.

Playing with bookies more than 15 years I already feel thin when things are bad. When they try to delay with no reason, didn't answer and all this information in 2 threads about big delays with payments.
I'm sure that in few days I'll need to write a complaint, because it's obvious that they don't have money to pay (( I'll be lucky if I make a mistake on this assumption
