Bookmaker Rollover

mine is wrong also...not by much but incorrect nonetheless

a couple of the wagers I placed yesterday were not counted by the rollover tracker

I have not contacted them yet

Glad to hear it's just not me getting ******. It's holding my withdrawal up. It's all fun and games till your Withdrawl is held up.

I noticed they also raised the rollover on their Bitcoin bonuses to deposit+bonus with 20x rollover.
Even a mostly functional rollover calculator is better than their old system of having to email or live chat them to get a number. Took them two days to respond and half the time the figures they came back at you with were crazy.

agree that the rollover calculator is much better than the old system, even if it is not working 100% correctly

I was not 100% certain about the rollover tracker not counting every wager. Then when I saw this thread, I figured I'd go on BM live chat and explain the situation and show them this thread. His response was "You made a deposit and got a 50% bonus on xxx and have completed xxx amount of rollover so far and only have 7% remaining".

Well no fukking shit guy, I'm well aware of how rollover works. How about addressing my specific complaint instead of giving me a copy/paste rubber stamp response.

It will be easier and less stressful just to forget about it and keep firing away until it is completed. However, now I am writing down my remaining rollover figure at the start the day and double checking after all bets are graded. The best course of action would probably be to take a screenshot at the beginning of the day so you have proof if things don't add up.

Just make sure you don't have any futures bets or a balance when taking a new bonus.
I made a few $200-$300 type deposits and took 100% bonuses. Lost the deposits but had a silly $25 futures bet on an NBA win total.
Then I turn one of my $300 deposits into $8k and had a $95k rollover. What a joke that was.

In the end they did manual calculations and my rollover was dropped to zero and ib as allowed to withdrawal. Tools 3 calls but they did work it out. To be honest I switched from 5dimes to BM exclusively only because 5dimes, I feel, always made me jump through hoops when I wanted to cash out. Bookmaker has been relatively hassle free until this one hiccup

Good news.

Sounds like a pain but can always rely on Bookmaker to fix things in the end at least.
