BetDSI Down

BETDSI problems..

Logged on this morning, tried to place a bet.. Showed a funky error sign and then next I know my large balance and freeplay balance was all zero'd out just like that.. No pending bets showing either.. It's been 20 minutes and my account balance hasn't been restored yet.. This is nerve racking as I never had this happen before..

Anyone having problems like this on BETDSI? I can't even find a contact link on their new website page.. I'm giving it time..

Bingo. I'm having the same issue. To contact live chat go to home page before you log in and look for green chat logo at bottom right of screen Chat says techs of problem and are trying to get it fixed. Sure

It's really slow to load pages and still getting system error message, it takes 3 times trying to post the bet before it finally accepts it. Very disappointing seeing how I just deposited this morning with the nfl101 code, makes me want to go back to Bovada

Called DSI customer support, told them my balance zero'd out for no reason. The guy on the phone checked it out and saw that the balance zero'd out.. He said he's gonna register the error and report it and it will take one hour tops to be corrected..

We will see what happens now? I will update in an hour...

You will be fine Jibby...Balance will be restored...It is frustrating in the mean time though. I have been there.

BOL on your wagers once your full balance is restored to accurate

Dsi definitely has many glitches and my balance always goes to zero and it shows accurate again with a simple refresh. I'm sick of the site since the big change but dsi is the only site I have any luck with when it comes to payouts which is the #1 and only reason I stay. Their live betting is half ass meaning it works sometimes and other times I can't even access it. Anyways, good luck with your wagers and account balance being restored! Oh yeah, u might bet something and check pending and it will also show 2x as if u bet it twice but your balance will be accurate, just another glitch I have encountered recently!

I agree, not sure why these books are hell bent on changing their formats.. It's a turn off to most long time players.. I hate the new changes on DSI it's been nothing but trouble since.. Live betting is trash now.. Bookmaker changed to but not as bad.. Bovada made a few changes on their website format and I'm not really appreciating that either..

Books need to stick with there OG formats.. Customers get use to them and now how to operated and navigate thru them easily.

Reminds of the old windows up grades from 8 to 10.. Pain in the arse learning the Windows 10 at the time..

Called again just now, got the run around, said that the server is experiencing problems today and I'm not the only one that had their balances effected.. They won't offer compensation at this time either..

This is becoming a joke.. She said the problem will be reported and fixed shortly..

I'm pissed because I was in the process of betting $180 to $100 on the Cleveland Indians today and that didn't process when my balance magically zero'd out.. Indians are up a run now in 6th and looking posed to win.. https://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/baltimo...ans-370909105/

So in conclusion basically this server error cost me $100 on BetDSI if the Indians hold on and win this game.. Not cool..

Yep I wanted to hammer out a dozen or so bets for the UFC today and that's not gonna happen, no telling how much money I could have won with that..

VERY DISPLEASED WITH BETDSI right about now!!!!

You won't hear or see me complain about most sport books often but this is really starting to bother me..

Update: BetDSI has said the website is back to normal as of 4PM ET.

We have asked for an update on the issues reported and if there is an ETA on optimal performance.

All these books got an excellent reputation but getting hammered because of bad software
