Betdsi betting contest game options are really skinny and thin now as well so it's hard to win that steak challenge.. They only give you a few MLB plays to choose from daily and it's usually just O/U bets... That went down hill also..

I'm gonna hang in there with BetDSI for now but if experience more problems I'm gone as well.. I've been with BETDSI for years now.. They pay out which is always the most important thing..

They don't offer much for tennis betting but as JIBBBY said, they DO pay.

All jokes aside - they do have another address to log in on and works much better - your balance is there and everything - history - whatever you want-just a different name. They tried to tell that some providers have an incompatibility with their servers. What I fail to understand is that if a company is going to change software why wouldn't they test it first. But, then again maybe there is no such thing as testing software against a massive request for information from a gazillion subscribers? If they had not offered the solution they did I was on my way out the door and I have played there at least 15 years.

I gave up with DSI today, that book is gonna remain dormat for a couple of days for me... This book is giving me a headache.. I was able to log on just now and sure enough my balance is magically zero'd out again today!!

Was on the phone yesterday twice trying to restore my disappearing balance and they corrected it. Today you can barely log in and can't even place bets and they zero'd my balance out again.. I give up...

They need clean up their shiiit show, right now this book is the worst....

Called them just a few minutes ago to again restore my balance.. They did.

I'm now leaving this website alone for a few days til they get it right.. You got back door logins, slow processing, balances disappearing, etc..

Site is a joke to try and place bets right now..

site is great and pays out always and quickly, but i just dont get this software and bet types change. I will stick with them becuase they have been so good over the years with payouts but to not be ready for week 1 of nfl season is unacceptable. cant blame traffic. no other site crashes like that. And the zeroing out of balances is nuts.

Would it be possible to give other website?I always have some kind of trouble getting bets in there ever since they changed the website.

I really miss when both BETDSI and BOOKMAKER had the same classic easy view and everything ran smooth as can be.. Both books tried to get cute with the fancy new website display and designs and it's all back firing big time..

BetDSI could lose customers over this last disaster. I know I'm contemplating.. This is completely unacceptable for any Sportsbook website to allow customer balances to disappear 2 days in a row.. That will freak out most players..

Just checked DSI now.. Seems to be working fine now.. Got in a few bets and they show pending and my balance is in tact.. I'm holding my breath though..
