Jim at OSGA has been very helpful and has been in contact with them in trying to get me paid. Owners have assured him that I will 100% get paid so we shall see but I certainly appreciate his effort. Sbr on the other hand has done absolutely nothing for me and I'm very disappointed in their lack of response or their lack of effort in trying to mediate this.

Update: CRSB will not pay you. It is completely absurd to be waiting to charge for these scammers are waiting for the high season to give away cash bonuses to everyone.

They will end up offering you a 100% cash bonus for the $ 11,000 outstanding with a 30x rollover.

It's the same thing they did at Betmayor, offering absurd cash bonuses to everyone who did not pay.

Why not get paid for example 500 or 1000 dollars per week?

I am glad they are helping you. Hopefully you will get $2000 soon. As long as they keep paying people i think a rating of D is fair. If they stop then an an F is what it should be.

I'm extremely disappointed in you. You think SBR can waive a magic wand and get your entire balance in days? Not with a D Book, buddy. SBR provided a forum for you to voice your complaint, and you totally overreacted. Your thread began with a contention of outright theft (a lie and your thread title had to be changed), despite the fact you were given a 90 day window on your receipt of funds (and it looks like they're honoring it). I agree that you brought all of this on yourself and want to blame SBR for your poor decisions. Making SBR your scapegoat won't get you your money any faster.

If a book takes 6 months to pay $11000 then yes that should be a D book because they are still paying. Not that it is right it takes that long but an F should be for books that totally stop paying but still are trying to take deposits. Betmayor ran off with $3500 of mine when they shut down and never paid me. That's an F . But if they would have given me even $1000 a month and made an effort to pay me what i was owed i would be ok with a D .

For CRS ? Just 2 payments of $2000 . Over at Betmayor i got over $15000 out before they kept my last $4000 or so i think it was. It did take awhile to get the cash from CRS i actually had more in there but i lost it all waiting to get the cash out.

It's more than 2 month later and have not received a red penny yet and of course nothing from SBR inexplicably. Not just that but i tried calling them and every time they hang up the phone on me like infants I call and again they hang up. Instead of dealing with this head on they run away from the problem and must have hung up the phone on me like 100 times ugh but of course nothing from SBR.

I saw in the newsfeed about a player who's owed 2800 from CRSportsbet and just want to confirm that it's not my payout complaint as I'm owed 11,500 ... if a moderator can confirm that it would be greatly appreciated.

at the time that I deposited with them they had owed zero dollars to players and they were offering a 100% cash bonus at the time which was in May but of course this was truly a hard earned lesson never to play with questionable graded books.

I havent seen either complaint personally but would be pretty sure these are different cases.

Not sure your situation but I've received 2 more payouts since Saturday and have one more scheduled for tomorrow. It did take longer than stated but did receive my full payment on the first withdrawal

I guess with smaller payouts they don't make a problem especially in the 3 digits but they owe me over 11G so we are totally in different pay levels and that is where a book shows how solvent they truly are and in this case they have shown their true colors.

My advice , if they renege on paying you in the 3 month window , which sounds like they might , you can file suit in Costa Rica . San Jose is a big modern city , English spoken and many attorneys . Save that Email they sent you , good proof . Don't let them scam you out of 11 k .... Sounds like a scumbag set up operations in San Jose and is jacking people . Locals from San Jose don't scam like that .

No i play at the bigger names too but i do not mind putting a smaller amount into a smaller newer book . Betmayer is a good example . They had the great bonuses .Yes i know they packed up and left eventually. But i never deposited a huge amount and i did end up with over $15000 out of there. I did not do as well at CRS only $4000 there though.

I am hoping he gets it sooner but i think if he even gets $3000 in the next 2 months he would be at least happy they are still paying him. I agree with a D as long as they make some kind of effort paying the people they owe and not just little amounts at least $1000 -$3000 each time. If they do that and do not close up and just run off hopefully they will pay off everyone they owe.

Their bitcoins payout take a week but the come like clockwork. It's hardly the first offshore book that struggled with paying money to players through traditional means like a cheque or bank transfer. I remember having an absolute war with betonline about cheque payments years ago and they are still going strong.

Bottom line - if you are going to play offshore, find a non-traditional source of funding your account and receiving payouts....I suggest bitcoin but I bet other methods are solid as well.

As for crsports - their customer service is excellent and I've been with them about six months and I have zero complaints.I even had a dispute over a bet one time a couple of months ago and they handled it like absolute champs. That said, I recognize the battle they are up against to build a brand in this era of sports betting but I think they do a lot of things well so I hope they make it.

If they would pay you that $11000 i would deposit here again. Maybe you will start getting paid now that they paid everyone else they are all paid now right? I really want to see you get paid i know how i would feel in your position Fedex.

Harvest i saw on another post you do not mind trying a newer book i feel the same way as long as it is not a huge amount. I only go $4000 out of here CRS but at Betmayor i got over $15000 . But once i see stuff like on here i get too scared to deposit again until everything is clear again.

I really do like Kennedy too . And honestly although i get the occasional e-mail he does not push for me to deposit and i do respect that . Lately i have been getting e-mails from a guy from a new book wanting me to deposit. That and phone calls. He keeps saying you will never find bonuses like i am giving you. He may be a good standing guy but he does not seem to understand although bonuses are good i am not going to all of a sudden give him huge deposits just because of that. I would rather work it up a couple $1000 then the real test of cashing out and getting paid happens. If you pay me then i will deposit a little more.
