Bet365 dont pay me!

Hi my name name is Maria Karoline da Conceição Rosa and i'm from Brazil, sorry for my bad english. I'm maked my account on bet365, i do many bets, i win some bets, lost some bets and the bet365 in friday (27/5/2017) i do around 15 bets, but i wanted cancel one this bets because i will travel in sunday morning and not see this bets and games, the cashout not availabe for finish bets, so i enter on chat and attendant Filipe say that for cancel bet just by call my phone, so call me and after 1 minute he's finish the call, dont cancel my bets and after this, bet365 blocked my account. This is ridiculous! Shame for this bookie. So, i dont want more betting on bet365 and want my money back to my skrill account (around 2100 USD). My account is all verified with all my docs. I sended 3 emails for bet365 but the bet365 just say that will call me but dont received this call. I'm very disappointed and feeling that bet365 not want pay me!

I want my money back to my skrill ( i'm deposited by skrill, so want back my all money for my skrill) and dont want never more will use this bookie.

Please, help me to have my money back to my skrill because im need a lot this money.

I dont get login because my account are blocked and my money is stuck, withheld. I dont get will request withdraw this money without login on bet365. I dont want my bet365 account because i dont want to bet on bet365 never more, i just want my money back to my skrill account (around 2100 USD). I'm deposited via skrill, so this withdraw will be via skrill. I will work on betfair or Pinnacle because this 2 is much better and dont want the money of the bettors.

I send many emails but the answer is that bet365 will call yesterday but dont call me! I waited all day, 24 hours waiting for this bet365 call and nothing!

Im enter on chat requesting this call and after very delay to talk with me, 1 hour waiting and after this one attendant say that they will call me yesterday but not call me yesterday...

About my identity, bet365 need call me, for talk about the problem and identity, no problem, i wait this call... My account was verified when i make this account, im sended all my docs and all ok!

Problems with female account holders are not unusual. I would guess minimum 1/3 are multiple accounts.
