here is my story
I opened account in fonbet many years ago, I verified my account, I deposited and withdrew money many times , but stopped using account many months ago , because they limited me.
27.02.2017 I deposited 100eur, because they were offering some match in-play (only few bookmakers had it). My account was limited , but I decided better is bet 30-50eur than nothing. Suprisingly my limits were high - (maybe they removed limit restrictions for my account, I dont know) so I deposited another 300eur (total deposit 400eur = 100+300)I placed some bets - I won , but they voided all my bets (they said match was suspicious - serbian volleyball and they can do that)I wanted to withdraw my money (in the meantime I placedalso someother bets , for emaxple under corners from Primiera division - bet lost, so my balance was ~350eur - it's less than I deposited (400eur)) but they blocked all withdrawal options.
They required sending my photo with my passport near my face - I informed my passport expired and I can send my photo with driver licence or ID , but they wanted passport so I sent my photo with my expired passport
They answered verification takes 3-5 working days (I sent documents 27.02) and they still hasn't answeredI think they dont want to withdraw my money. Probably they will answer that I sent expired passport (but I informed them about my passport and I made screenshot that proves it)
I also made an complain to SBR forum, but fonbet is ignoring SBR. After almost 3 months I've decided to write here
any ideas what can I do else ?
