Why did they cancel your transaction and how much did you withdraw

I withdrew all of my money in the first try (1.8 btc). As they replied to my email, the transaction was cancelled. They didn't mention the reason. After that I withdrew 3 more times and 2 of my attempts succeeded, 1 was cancelled and I received an email saying it was a mistake (0.3 - 0.5 btc on each attemp). I'll withdraw the rest of my money now.

I have reached them via email after 1 week. Yet they keep saying the same reason. I dont know if they still have to plan to give my winnings.

Good for you that you already got your winnings. Still mine is still pending as shit. Everytime I contact them and ask for an update they keep saying same reason. My payout request is aroung 10.5 btc btw. I dont know if ill still be able to get my winnings or was i just got robbed by their management

Gaming curacao, the license provider of vitalbet.com have replied on my email regarding on my payout issue vs vitalbet.com. And as expected they will cover up vitalbets dirty scam work from giving my winnings. If you will read my recent post above the investigation result of vitalbet on my issue is that they found a bug on the live casino thats why they confiscated my winnings. Which is a bullshit excuse. Now the gaming curacao also investigated my case and guess what, vitalbets result and gamingcuracaos result on my account investigation did not match up. Below is a image of their bullshit reply and excuse from my case

So to my co-bettors and wagers. Do not bet on any bookmaker or sportsbook that is under their license provider. And better yet. help me spread this message to others to avoid this scammers from scamming more people. What really hurts me is that i have invested quite a lot on their bookmaker. And when i get the chance to claim my reward, this happened.

Actually i dont have, i dont even know that ebettle.com that they were talking about. And second they say that i played the multiple account thing at the same time which is impossible because I only have 1 bitcoin account. Its obvious that they are just finding bullshit whatever reason no to give my winnings. I also asked them for a deposit and bet logs on the accounts that they were accusing me of using. Which they cannot provide because their reasoning is beyond stupid and full of lies

I have also thought of that. They might created a account which is similar to mine so that they can reason out that i have multiple account and for them to confiscate my winnings. Anyways i am not hoping anymore to get my winnings. I just want to share this horrible experience and to warn people from cashing in money to this bookmaker. They might look promising with the " Official sportsbook of manny pacquiao" on their site.
