Cloudbet deleted bets

To clarify, this bet was actually not placed. Your bet placement request was logged at 28-01-2017 00:21 UTC, and the rejection/cancellation of this bet occurred 28-01-2017 00:23:13 UTC. This happens on some rare occasions when the request cannot be confirmed in our system. This is usually due to an untimely update in odds, price, etc

We're constantly working to decrease the instances when this sort of cancellation occurs. My apologies for the inconvenience.

These bets have been rejected and as such your wager was refunded. As such we cannot possibly pay you for a bet that wasn't placed.

3 minutes is a long time to decide to cancel a bet. It showed confirmed and pending.

Thanks for sharing. Cloudbet has had similar complaints in the past regarding the efficiency of their live bet platform. Unfortunately it's a complaint we see time to time where players end up having winning bets voided that to them should have been accepted but weren't due to either a difference in the feed time on the book's end, a different game stream, etc. It usually works in your favor some of the time.

If you'd like to tell us more of the details we can ask Cloudbet specifically what the reason was for the cancellation, but it is unlikely the grading would change.

yes i placed two bets on volleyball game for first period winner and handicap. they both won, i go to check the bet and they were cancelled. i screen shot all my brts for this specific reason. Where can i open a complaint?

its funny how they wpuld take the money if the bet lost, nut it won so it was voided.

Can you share your screenshot here? It sounds like Cloudbet is saying the bet never made it beyond pending status but you are saying it was confirmed.

Cloudbet addressed this thread and disagrees with the OP's sequence. We forwarded their response to the OP. Cloudbet acknowledged they had network issues during the time, but they insist that all the bets shown in the provided screen shots as "pending" were paid.

If you have a screen capture that says "pending" with a bet ID visible that went unpaid and then disappeared, please share that, as according to their below statement, all the bets you showed were settled normally.

Cloudbet: The player made some bets on this event, that were correctly graded as wins (and he was paid in full). For example bet ID 3968144.

These are the ones showing in his bet history as "pending". He will be able to show you a screenshot of these bets having been settled/paid correctly all along.

In addition to this, he also attempted to make additional bets on the same event, which were rejected.

In this particular case, I can see that the rejection took around 2mins as we experienced network issues with a third party vendor. In this circumstance, the player would NOT have seen a message confirming bet acceptance. They would simply have seen a "bet placing..." status animation, and then a bet rejection notice. They would also NOT have seen a "pending" bet in their bet history. The "pending" bet history entries in his screenshot are from the bets that were successfully placed (and paid).
Given these bets were not accepted there is not much we can do here.
