we will not decide until this issue will be checked substantially , until the end of the investigation your account will be suspended.
If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact our support.

They do not have any reason for this!

I very ask you, help please, that my money was paid me 1417,5 $.
And for a match Ecuador Argentina did the return of bet 330$, if can not pay winning of 330* 4=1320 $
Help please, that Shilbet.com took off a block from my account.

Well this proves it, if argentina would have won the game or if it would have ended a draw they would never have mentioned the "error" and put the note 2, 8 there.

I have written a post already relating to Shilbet. I had problems with them settling bets correctly too one of which still needs correcting only Shilbet did not reply to my e-mails and the telephone number is dead. I have logged a complaint via SBR and also requested a payout as my account is showing $1726 plus the amount the owe me for the bet they settled incorrectly. Since this Shilbet have banned me and suspended my account. They REJECTED my payout first so I dont understand how the other person got his paid within 3 hours as stated. I would not advise anyone to go anywhere near this company. If they prove my suspicions wrong and pay me out eventually then I will log a post and let everyone know but that still remains to be seen and I am getting no answers from anywhere. BEWARE.

Cant Barty get in contact with Shilbet on our behalf as he appears to be the only one that can get any reasonable answers. Surely Shilbet must realise that in the end they will lose more than us if we all speak out and are unhappy. Can we form some kind of petition through him to get all our monies from our accounts as we all appear to be experiencing the same problems. United we stand. I actually come across Shilbet through Oddsportal and this experience makes me reluctant to have any trust in other sportsbooks listed on their especially as they still show Shilbets odds on their site tonight even when they know how badly the customers are being treated. A friend of mine was using Oddsportal and going to open a Shilbet account and he has asked me if Oddsportal has any connection with Shilbet due to the fact that they continue to show their odds and he could not find an address for them either.
Barty we all need your help please. Make a stand against Shilbet unless they pay up.

my name is Dave and i am a first time poster on this forum. I am also another victim of Shilbet. For "Bartys" my Shilbet nickname is Nuts02. Like most of you i got swindled on the Ecuador v Argentina game, but because it was my first time placing a wager online i thought it must have been my fault and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I should have been paid $648 USD. I continued to place bets with them and they payed out every time. I tried to withdraw some money from my account and it was rejected. Then i was banned from the site and received the same email as some of you saying "that due a suspicion of vioalation "terms of service" we have no other option but to ban you from Shilbet.com until further notice. My balance on my account is $1523 USD and i fear i may never see that money again. I don't know what to do next or who to contact!

There are lots of us in the same boat but none of us really seem to know what if anything, we can do about getting this sorted out. All we want is our money, what is owed to us. If this is not going to happen surely there must be something that all of us together can do to expose these people and put them behind bars where they belong. They accuse us of fraud but in fact it appears that this is what they are actually doing. I just hope that I can turn around tomorrow and say that I was wrong about them and that they have paid all the cash they owe me, but I am not holding my breath. I have the same problem than you KUMKUMBOU , in that Schiavone game , and in another game envolving Dushevina and Vesnina. They changed sides and make our bet , a losing one. Unfortunaly I don't have a screenshot.

Shilbet.com changes placed tennis players after a match, not to pay winning.
But a result does not change!
If I did a Bet on Elena Vesnina, and it won,
it is unimportant on what place it is writtenin on 1 or 2.
I must get winning!
I always do screen shot of the my Bet in Shilbet.com, because they are swindlers.

Can you tell me what should I type in the "Account #" box? I'm asking this because there is no Account # associated with my Shilbet account just an Account ID (or nickname).
Also, I would like to encourage everyone else who have experienced some problem with them to do the same.
There must be some way to stop this behavior.

As you have been aware of Shilbet for longer than myself can you tell me if anyone is trying to deal with Shilbet that you know of. By that I mean bring them to justice. I am sure that if we all combine we can do something. Is there no way that their license to operate on the net or even web site can be blocked? They must be stopped. They should go to prison for there fraudulent behaviour. Does anyone know much about Costa Rican law or even internet law?

I deposited 150$ and they gave me 15$ bonus...without asking.I placed a bet and won 540 bu when i tried to withdraw received the same message...that i must make a rollover of (150+15)*7...I understand not to let me withdraw the bonus...i dont even want it...but my money..ok..there's no point to continue complaining because it's clearly it's not legal what they are doing...we should just focus on a sollution...Until yeserday on their site it said they where registered to IBAS, and all the conflicts will be solved by them, but then I mailed IBAS and they told me they have no such thing shilbet in their evidence, and forced them to remove all material regarding IBAS...I also mailed gambling commission but, the same answer...they couldn't find where shilbet is registered at...really don't know what to do right now...there was someone who said he made the rollover, but than got the account banned...what odds did you used making the rollover?

as they have removed any mention of being licensed in costa rica from their website (as far as I can tell), you have to start wondering if they are in costa rica at all. hiring lawyers to get your money back is a pretty pointless exercise even if you know where the people that run the site actually are, but if you don't even know that for certain it's pretty much impossible.

Yes, I made the rollovers. When I tried to withdraw they told me that my account is banned as everyone else's. I bet on various odds.. from 1.3 to 5.

I don't know of a sure-fire way to address this legally. I have never seen such a slam-dunk series of fraudulent acts. I'm looking for ways to deal with this.
