Does anyone have any experience with these sites? Are they the same company? It looks like they are different and obviously have different domains.

On the SBR review page it shows the domain as being betlm.ag and they have a picture of the Linesmaker.eu website up instead.

Linesmaker are part of a group that have an extremely dodgy history and you would have easily known that if you had have done even a cursory search online about them. Stay away, they are not worth the risk whatsoever. Only play with the big USA books.
