GTBets Payouts - delayed for anyone else?

They told me they wires can take up to 12 business days

Not really. They announced they were going to take bitcoin and then people complained about not doing withdrawals unless using it to deposit and they had SBR post that they would do it but it was BS. They want those fees.

There have been periodic complaints here about waiting for two weeks for a "slot" to open for a GT w/d. No big deal. Will just have to wait it out.

They did the same to me. I must deposit via Bitcoin to withdrawn via Bitcoin. Was nice why it lasted.

Also even though I have a 5 figure balance, I asked them if I deposited the minimum amount of Bitcoin, could I now withdraw that way? And also I double checked I wouldn't have to rollover my entire balance....

They said yes that would work. So I deposited some Bitcoin and I now have a Bitcoin WD in the pipeline and I'll report if they actually accept it. My original deposit way back when was plastic.

Shocker - today they said even though I just deposited via BC, since my CC deposits greatly outweigh my BC deposits my only option is wire. Very disappointing but it was to be expected.

The best thing is for players who want to be paid exclusively in bitcoin is to deposit the same way all of the time. This goes for any sportsbook, and would avoid this type of situation.

Understood. But the horse has left the barn at this point. So how am I supposed to transition to BC now? Also, to GT Bets credit, they sent me the 3K just now via BC. I'm very surprised...thank goodness for notifications of incoming bitcoins. No word on why they reversed what they told me this morning about not doing the payout. But kudos to them.

Also an unsolicited plug for Heritage Insider....I wish all customer service folks were as no nonsense as he is. Like in this situation, GT Bets should tell me how I'm wrong and what my options are. Instead they beat around the bush and both of us end up unhappy.

As I stated earlier in this thread, GTBets claimed to change their policy within 30 minutes of it being posted on SBR. Books wants to keep issues off the board.

GTBets bitcoin withdrawal policy was for non-credit card deposits, I believe. So the poster would not have been eligible. Remains to be seen if GT will honor bitcoin payouts on P2P deposits. He probably should not get a bitcoin payout.

Day 13, still nothing. What is just as bothersome is they never got back to me with word from the broker with any additional information. This all seems like customer service 101 to me.
