I am bitcoin exclusive and they are taking on average 3 days to processed the payout. Used to be under 24 hours in the past.

I think you can do 5 per week? Once a day for bitcoins I think.

Good luck next payout. Play at Nitrogen if you don't want to deal with these slow paying crooks. Nitro will payout $5,000 in a day without a flinch or even a convo with the mods/email support, 5dimes will reject you 3-4 times in 1 month for $5k because you are not "btc exclusive." Drop the rating SBR.

I'm going through the inconsistency now, last 2 payouts were same day, now I'm sitting at 48 hours and haven't even received the email verification yet but it still shows pending. I'm not upset about it just passing on the information at this point.

That could be the case. I have waited 15 hrs for a transaction to be confirmed from blockchain to coinbase. It is reall log jammed right now. I was able to get a bitcoin payout in 6 hrs yesterday from 5 Dimes.

These delays suck but have proven to be short term and temporary so far.

Network issues like this should be resolved when the voting to pick the software upgrade to be used to fix it is done.

I agree. They could have a system that recognizes a deposit the moment it is seen with a similar rule to ACH where betting is cancelled if the payment does not come through to them for any reason.

Although looking at some of the comments in the recent thread where Pinny reversed bets after a deposit was dishonored, maybe its not worth the aggravation from the few idiots who think doing that is somehow unfair to players.

They said they sent the payout confirmation email within 5 hours of my request. I didn't receive that email, but I did receive other 5dimes emails before and after when they sent the payout confirmation email.

Contacted customer service and they sent that email to me right away.
I replied promptly, but no reply and no payout now.
Guess I'll wait a few hours on Monday before contacting them again
