    I'm just curious....

    SBR... do you have a time frame that you typically give a book for a PO?

    if it's later than the time frame that the sportsbook states. give them a call. don't like the sportsbook's answer. file a complaint. good luck. hope money moves before you have to do anything.

      If you are unhappy you can file a complaint whenever you like. Sometimes all it takes is a friendly email from SBR and suddenly things move along. But in general, if it hasn't arrived in the advertised timeframe and you have asked the book when it will but got no firm answer, that is the time to shoot in the complaint form.

        Yes, and it often depends on the book. Some of the UK operations have red tape involved in us speaking on your behalf. If your payment if going to be delayed 5 days, youre probably not going to get it any faster by writing in. Although, on our end, we very much appreciate the customer's shared experience.
