    Help

Hello, two days I am trying to get an attention from either cashpoint and lately from SBR. I have placed a bet a few days ago which has won but cashpoint has graded it as a losing bet. After many emails and live chat conversations they have told me that they will correct it. And they have, but they have just cancelled the bet, not changed to a winner. The bet was in tennis match between tsitsipas and manarino total games under 20,5. The result of the match 7-5, 6-2. Any suggestions what to do? Thanks in advance!

Was it a pre match or live bet?

    What odds did you get?

What reason did they give for the void?

2.06 pre match bet. No reasons... Firts they have graded it as a lost bet. After a few days of emails and live chat conversations they have told that they don't know why it has happened, and that they will correct it. Today they have cancelled it. It was a winner, they have to pay.

Sounds like an error by them.

If you can't get them to fix it you are welcome to submit a complaint form and ask SBR to try for you: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

I did it already and I really hope sbr can help me. I can provide with chat transcripts where they have told me that they need 10-15 minutes to rate it as a winner. But about an hour later they have just cancelled that bet... And since then they are not answering to my emails....

I can confirm my bets on this game that were on the under 19.5 games were correctly graded as a loss immediately by this bookie.

Not really sure how your response could help my situation, as I already mentioned my bet was on the under 20,5. They have admitted their error, promised to correct their mistake an rate it as a winning bet, but hey didn't...

My was settled immediately too... Unfortunately incorrectly.... Not sure what they are doing, first they told me that I need to wait and they will change it to a winner, but just cancelled, now they are just not answering.... It is already really late in my country, I have to go to sleep, I hope tomorrow they will settle it correctly. Have nice day everyone!

The bet is still not settled as a winning bet. To all my emails they are answering asking me about which bet I am talking about, once I send them ticket number, no response. And same over and over again....

Don't expect it to go quickly, it usually takes them 4-5 days to correct mistakes like these. And they don't do that over the weekend either...no worries though, it'll get corrected. It's the worst bookie I know in terms of grading errors, you should double check every single ticket with them.

I will check them now. The thing that bothers me is that they have already made one change, yesterday they have changed it from lost to cancelled and since than they are acting like nothing happened.... Thanks for response. I hope SBR will help me.

Had some tickets on WTA Rome, Sakkari VS Petkovic 1 min 3.5 game handicap. All graded as lost even though Sakkari won by 6 games ...as I said it happens all the time, but never in the wrong direction so don't expect them to grade anything as a winner when it actually lost.

I have a sneeky suspicion they manually do this for a few games every week and boost their balance a bit like that as a bunch of people will never double check their bets. There is no way this can happen automatically that often.

As I said, it can take them up to 5 days...I'm not worried about it.

Keep mailing them about your ticket and put an explanation next to it, their employees can be excruciatingly stupid when it comes to these things. Like "Please correct the ticket again, it actually won. The correct score of this match was 7-5 in set 1 and 6-2 in set 2. That makes the total number of games 7+5+6+2 = 20. 20 is lower than 20.5 so that means my bet won."

Cashpoint is a great bookmaker , but they have great issues with fixing the incorrect graded bets.
I have experienced the same issue myself 3-4 times.

I can recall two occasions when I took shot on their lines (goal was already scored , but they still kept the markets opened).
Both times they graded bets as won , later after 2-3 days they canceled those bets....but they never deducted the profits !!!

I also had a issue 1 month ago : They graded my bet as won , but they did not add my profits
I was betting heavily inplay and my balance ran out. After few minutes one of my bets hit and i was expecting my profits to be credited , so i could stake again...i kept refreshing and refreshing but the balance was never credited to my account even though bet was settled as won.
I keep my balances on excel sheets on daily basis and i could be sure to myself that money was never credited.
I wrote to their support , but it was useless : they kept saying that money has been added.I had no way how to verify it to support since i have a long betting history and only 3 last months can be shown to my account.

Bottom line is that they have incompetent staff who take care of settling bets and fixing the mistakes.
If they do a grading mistake , they will fix the bet status , but 90% they will never add/deduct the balance.
Next times , if you see a palp, just bet it.
If they grade it as won , dont worry : even if they void it later , they will not deduct the profits

Finally they have payed. However, they have payed just the amount that ticket has won. They told me that the stake money have been added to my account back when they have cancelled that bet. Not really sure. Must check all transactions etc. First they have added just 152 and after few email they have added the rest. I agree with post above that they are doing this on purpose to try boost their balance. Some people might really not double check everything. So be careful. Now I have made a withdraw request. Let's see if they actually will send the money to me.

They don't do it on purpose , that happens because the staff who takes care of it is incompetent.
As i said above : they graded few bets of mine as won , after 2-3 days voided all of them , but they never deducted the balance.

Dont worry about the money , they are among the best. They usually process the payouts within 3-4 hours , maximum 24 hours.
Google about Cashpoint and you will not find a single negative review , your money are safer than in a Bank.

Grading is done automatically, I agree sometimes there can be a mistake but this happens several times each month. Considering they don't have a unique score provider (there are only a few in the world) just for them and they are the only bookie this happens to very regularly, I disagree and do believe they do it on purpose. How else do you explain a -7.5 handicap for a BSB game being graded correctly while a ticket on the same game with a -8.5 handicap (they won by 17) was graded as lost? (had another issue yesterday).

Then grading is done manually,no other explanation.

Does it not mean that is done manually ????? This is a perfect example

My latest issue was 2 weeks ago on a Australian match.
Match ened 4-0 , but cashpoint set score 6-1 and my bets were settled as lost.
After few emails , they voided the bets , but they didn't return my balance.
There was needed few more email back and forth in order for them to finally add my balance.

As i said previously , i had another occasion when they settled my bet as won (correctly) , but they never added my returns (basically it was equivalent to a lost bet for me) despite numerous emails back and forth.

I have quite long (3-4 years) experience with cashpoint and i can say that you will have a pain in the ass if you suffer a grade mistake of your bets ; they will fix the bet status but they might not add back the money and you will have no way how to prove it since you have the betting history only for the past 3 months.

    I don't think so.

Although that could help explain all the errors if they are trying that.

Got the money yesterday, over 2 weeks to correct it, that's the longest I've ever had to wait but they got it done eventually.

Alfa, what kind of limits do you have at Cashpoint for major WTA an ATP tennis tournaments?
