Skrill are down, robbing money of accounts?

    Skrill are down, robbing money of accounts?
    I have money in my Skrill and are not woking to send people or to deposit in any sportsbook site

    This are strange

    Always display error in window red:

    "Please get in touch with us. (GENERAL_ERROR)"

    What are this?

    I already sent more than 20 email in last 3 weeks. Nobody of support replied me!

    When I open ticket in support there, automaticatly the ticket is changed status to "ticket closed: issue duplicate", 1 second after I to open, as one bug

    I already sent email to skrill@skrill.com and too nobody replied

    The last reply was to try change of browser, to change of computer, to let cookies and pop-up

    I made all this! And continues the error! My money are there stopped 3 weeks and I without to use, and being ignored in support

    Someone here already had this error?

    Please, help me

      Don't they have a chat or phone number? Obviously 3 weeks of emails aren't working. You might try another way of communicating with them.

            I already tried and nothing

            They works more in email message. But, now, I believe until this stopped too

              I live in the US and have a skrill account. Never email them. You can call them and get a rep on the phone in less than a minute. They're always very helpful.

                Yes Phone is correct. You can send them an email and then get a response to that email maybe a month later. By then, u forgot what it was abt. Thought NT bought them? NT email a little better and/or chat.

                  Searching in Google by error message:

                  "Please get in touch with us. (GENERAL_ERROR)"

                  I found a lot cases of customers speaking that support Skrill delays weeks, months, but in phone
                  they resolves in 1 or 2 minutes only, this problem

                    Withdrew late Thursday, money was in my bank account the next morning.

                    Their customer service has always been awful though, unless you're in the VIP programme.

                        neteller employs phone operators with various languages, maybe you can get support in another language at skrill too.
