    YOUWAGER Bonus Scam
I emailed YouWager and asked what my bonus was on a $1,000 deposit. They responded:

    Our current bonus packages are:

For deposits under $500 you can get a 15% free play, over $500 20% free play, 10% cash for any amount, these bonuses require 4.5 times rollover and 30 days hold however you can withdraw your winnings at any time.

Or you could request 100% free play up to $500 however you can’t withdraw any winnings and it requires a 20 times rollover and 30 days hold.

So I made a deposit of $594 and they are now refusing to give me the 100% bonus up to $500 max. Do I have any options here?

On what grounds are they refusing?

Interested to hear why they said you can't get the bonus. I've been quoted a bonus before, verified it twice before depositing, and have them lower it on me once I deposited. Also, careful when you spin the wheel. That adds a 30 day hold.

They told me that I deposited $594 so they won't grant me 100% up to $500. If I had deposited $500 then I would have gotten 100%. That isn't what their email stated and I have deposited over $500 there before and gotten the 100% bonus up to the $500 mark. They told me I can have a 10% free play instead. I double checked before I deposited and there was never any mention of this.

              That's an unusual rule!

And they made no mention that your account is not valid for promotions or anything like that?

Don't take any bonus. Roll it over 1x. Withdrawal it all.

If you feel you've been screwed, then don't work with them. I have had no problem with them in 9 years however.

Thanks for the help. I did request a payout in the exact same amount, the money was taken out of my account and now over a day later NO payment has been sent to me yet. They also don't respond to emails and when I go onto chat they just let me sit there without answering my questions.

To make matters worse a few weeks ago I made a $1,000 wager and accidentally hit $10,000. I did not realize it until I logged in a day later and saw my account was empty. I am sure it was my fault, but now I wonder if YouWager messed with my account.

I filed a complaint thanks for helping. My account should be gold to them since I lost a ton of money there.

I am happy to report that I finally was able to speak with somebody at YouWager that has some pull and she fixed everything.

Youwager is a great book. Their bonuses always seem to change depending on who you talk with there. It is much simpler to just refuse any bonuses, that is what I do. I deposited last night and am withdrawing today. They have some of the quickest payouts in the industry other than the bitcoin method.

Never had any issues with youwager. I have cashed out several times and they have always paid in a timely fashion and have not limited my bet amount.

I will have to admit that when I deposited funds there was no bonus option.

Zero issues with Youwager and their multiple bonuses throughout the year are some, if not the best.

Whats funny is people always bitch about when they call them for deposits and get mad. I love it the rare times that they call me. They hooked me up with a great bonus on Saturday with just a $50 deposit.
