    It has just been credited to my bank account.

    What we have to admit: So far there is not one single case where a customer did not receive his money in the end.

    They might have some issues at the moment but maybe it's really due to technical problems and a lack of manpower. I doubt that they have an exit strategy in mind - at the moment.

      I've received my previous Skrill withdrawal request after 1-2 weeks, that's very frustrating. I've few thousands more on my account, I'll try to cash them all out. I hope they'll let me do it.
      Atm all money requested came, the only problem is that they are slowest bookie ever. Never heard about a bookie needing 2 weeks to pay a Skrill withdrawal. wtf it's an instant electronic wallet. And btw their move to remove all deposit/withdraw methods is very weird.
      What to say....as I'm already in (with decent amount of money) I must stay, but if I were a new customer, I'd gladly stay away. Until they'll fix all these "strange" issues at least. Potentially is a good bookie, good offer (probably the closest to bet365); unfortunately lately all this is affecting his appeal on us bettors.

        I withdrawal few weeks ago, it was very fast...but i have to stay, it was not a big amount...around 200€.

          Hey Guys,

          i had some Problems with my Withdrawls at Betcart. I wait now for over 2 Weeks now for an 2k Withdraw. At first i had many Problems with the verify and now they say they have technical Problems. In the Chat you didnt receive an reply via Mail sometimes you onle get an Email that they have technical Problems. Via Phone there is at no time an Operator online.

          Does anyone have the same issues?
          I hope i will get my money soon :-(

            me and there is no solution for it. just wait and pray. they are a shitty bookie...turning into thieves....we can't do anything. We had to be scared since they removed payments methods from the site...but for me was too late

                The current processing time of withdrawals is about 4-6 weeks in my experience.

                Still no case of non-payment.

                        I have someone waiting two months for 7000+ EUR withdrawal and has been told the book is having technical issues and he still has a substantial balance after that. I'm going to attempt to contact them so I'll update this thread if I hear anything back.

                              I had asked via mail a withdrawal from betcart (2nd time this happened after their new site situation, you may find my complaints for the 1st in the previous page) in 11th of June, they replied they will look into it. Till 4th of July nothing happened, e-mailed them again and still no action (technical difficulties and so on), in 15th of July I filed a new complaint here in SBR and in 17th of July the 500euros were in my skrill account (left a small amount there still see what will happen in case it becomes bigger again).

                                    i have also much problems at moment with betcart.

                                    Had been registering 1,5 months ago by them and making one time a deposit with my credit card.

                                    I had been making a few bets and wanted the last time to withdraw my money. When i go to the withdraw page, it always says the text, that i first have to fill up completely my profile page. The funny thing is, the profile page is completely filled up. The same message i get, when i would like to deposit money to my account.

                                    I tried several times to call the hotline, but there is no person answering. No one is calling back, also when you leave there on the voice mail your number. I wrote a email, 2 weeks ago, got around 2 days later a reply, i should send them the screenshot of the message what i get there as an error. I did it in the same minute, sent it to them and since that time i here nothing anymore.

                                    The live chat is never online and also on fb i tried to contact them with the ticket id and there i also got only the answer that they will look into that problem.

                                    Fact is, now i am waiting already more than 2 weeks and no one is replying to my mail or problem there. I have no clue, if i will still see there my money ..... its really frustrating there.

                                      Try bcwill.com. That site is more responsive than betcart.com. But still, it's a shitshow at the moment. Does betcart have a rating on this site? If so, it should be adjusted to an F- ! Their support is non existent and the whole site feels like a scam at this point. Would advise anyone to stay away until their shit is sorted. If only..

                                        Thanks for the tip. On bcwill it showed me now a box in the profile which is not shown on betcart.com, really strange. So i filled it up and now i can apply a withdrawal.

                                        Does someone have an idea what i should type in at the withdrawal box in "Account Number", "Card Number" "Shaba Number" ?? Or can i send them directly via mail my skrill adress or my iban that they send me the money?

                                        The text above says "If you would like to request a withdrawal, please contact our Live Support Team for further assistance." but in the live chat there are no agents and on emails you get near to no answer.

                                          Card Number -> IBAN
                                          Swift -> BIC
                                          SHABA -> leave it blank (reply from betcart: "The SHABA number is a specific combination of numbers which is not requested on your territory. All we need to proceed with your request is your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes as well as your full name.")

                                                                They are paying out relatively high amounts but need 4-8 weeks or longer in some cases.

                                                                What sort of technical problems can cause such delays?
