So I tried to open an account, but it wouldn't process. So I call the number and they tell me my phone number isn't in my name. So I'm like, I am over this number yada yada pay the bill, account is in my name and only my name. Anyone know how to resolve this? They said call Verizon and tell them and I did but they wanted to know who it was for and stuff. Didn't want to tell them the site and they see its for gambling. What can I do as this seems like the best book for Americans besides 5d and with their new payout and deposit happenings it's getting harder and harder to get money on and out.

Don't bother opening an account with them. Imagine how hard it will be to withdraw if they're already bitching about something like this.

Sounds like you're trying to double dip on the bonus..but if not then why don't you just try sending them a copy of your Verizon phone bill.

Double dip, heck I've never been with them? I don't even need a bonus. I guess I can ask if a copy of phone bill would do. While I hate the process of adding or withdrawing on any book, really no other way to gamble in U.S. except 5Dimes.

          Hey Tsimmns,

This is just standard KYC. Any other good sportsbook that monitors fraud who have a red flag tripped would do the same.
