        Unfortunately I have a lot of funds in my account with Dashbet (some great big wins), and unable to withdraw anything recently. They limit each withdrawal to up to 10000 GBP so I decided to withdraw 9900 GBP to Skrill, this was 8 weeks ago! Initially they closed my account in November because of the new UK legislation, but I emailed them saying I have lots of funds left to withdraw and they have therefore reopened my account to allow for withdrawals, but since then I have had no further correspondence. I have tried to chase this up with lots of emails, but received absolutely no replies over the past month. Live chat does not provide any help regarding withdrawals and simply ask me to wait for an email response which is unhelpful. I am very worried that I won't see my funds again, therefore I have finally submitted a complaint on this site today.
        All I want to do now is to withdraw all my funds and then close my account, but in order to get all my funds back I will need to make another 3 separate withdrawals after this one, how long will the whole process take if they continue to not pay up?? Would be very grateful for sportsbookreview to investigate on my behalf.

          Unfortunately kworthy you are taking the words straight out of my mouth! My experience is identical, I can't withdraw anything and have received no replies from Dashbet in the last month! Luckily SBR is looking into it for me, all I can hope for is that this doesn't happen to other people.

          Best of luck getting your funds back and that this gets resolved. It's just so odd that (I have bought this up on other forums too and as here on the SBR Forum) people are saying they are getting their withdrawals processed while other withdrawals are just being ignored!

            Chris your account is closed due to legislation of uk or not? You make withdrawal request?(and how much)

              Yes, due to UK legislation my account is close but I don't think that allows them to keep my funds! My post count is too low to PM you my email, but will do when it's at 40.

              One other worrying thing about dashbet is that they display the 'First Cagayan Leisure & Resort Corporation' logo on their site (a large Asian Bookmaker licence provider). So I contacted First Cagayan about my issue and they came back to me saying "we do not have dashbet in any of our records".

                  I suspect they are withholding large withdrawal amounts such as mine, whilst keeping a number of people (with low withdrawal amounts) happy. Completely unacceptable.

                      I made an withdrawal yesterday, 9** Euro after wagering the bonus (about 3 weeks) and verification (utility bill and ID, 2days). I will see when i get my money and i will write here.

                        I’ve opened my account with dash bet recently, On 1th of December, 2014 I made withrawal (2500 EUR) from my betting account to my money bookers account The problem that I still not have my payout.
                        I’ve tried to contact dash bet help desk, but they are ignoring my messages.

                                Maybe you should try some other mails to them because they paid me and was more than 1*** in one week.
                                I made another withdrawal yesterday from them, 6** and i received the money today in the morning (4-5 hours).

                                    i have also filed a complained. No response so far...1st week of December i requested a withdraw of 3000 euros, no funds received as yet, nor any info from SBR's contact with Dashbet.

                                      I'm in exactly the same situation. After reading posts on here I tried to withdrawal all of my funds with dashbet (3275.49Euros). This was December 16 and have still had no contact. Have filled in a complaint form too. Hope this will get resolved soon. My betting career maybe finished if this doesn't turn out well. Help needed!!!

                                          Another week gone (11 weeks), still no reply to any emails. I cannot request any further withdrawals until my current withdrawal has cleared, I am basically stuck with over 30000 GBP in my account and unable to shift any of it. Almost wish I hadn't won so much in the first place.

                                          Will sportsbookreview please help me? (No response yet to my complaint form)

                                          Otherwise, is there any legal route to pursue this?

                                                Just got paid out today by E-wallet, big thanks to the guys at SBR for chasing this up and good luck to everyone still waiting. Originally requested the withdrawal 2 months ago, approx €1000. Just a heads up, some of the contact with SBR ended up in my spam folder so do check yours! No email responses from Dashbet in the last 6 weeks.

                                                  Great news Chris!

                                                  I've only dealt with three Dashbet cases personally but have to say they come across as genuinely wanting to treat players fairly. The ones SBR ask about at very least. Easier to deal with than most books for disputes.

                                                          kwokthy, is there any chance you are from Austria? I have a Dashbet case where I am unable to contact the player as emails bounce back from the server.
