Went up to 700 and lost it all in blackjack. Their blackjack is super difficult to beat. Constantly showing 10's and the the dealer would have blackjacks like crazy and 20's every other hand.

Depends how you want it and how much you have bet there since the last payout.

One method has a free option. Other more traditional methods would cost between $25 and $50 for a $700 withdraw.
