I register under their 100% Deposit Bonus. I deposit by skrill and contact them on Live chat and they gave me the bonus in less than 5mins. I played many world cup games and some arbitrage and made the rollover. I request payment and got paid in 3 days after i send my documents. I am very impressed with their Live betting platform since in some games they have higher odss of bet365 that have account with them for years now.
Since I am an arbitrage user the good part is that they are listed on betnrain website and gives many arbitrage with betonvalue site.

So the answer is Yes I recommend them.

P.S One friend of mine open 2 accounts with them so he could get 2 bonus but he got busted and they suspend him. So if you want to claim their Bonus just follow their terms and you will be ok.

I joined up with these during the World Cup. The bonus was credited straight away and after a successful World Cup, I tried to make a withdrawal. I'm still waiting. I don't want anyone else to lose money so I've joined this site today to warn people.

Live chat is never open and they have not replied to any of about 10 emails that they have been sent. I've read today on a British site that 99bet said the following on the 4th August. -

The promises have not materialised and in my opinion unless something happens soon, they are obviously a failing business or are trying to con people. I will post an update as soon as there is any news.

My experience with 99bet. First withdraw they payout me after 4 days, second withdraw payout me after 9 days, now I withdraw third time, wiat 6 days, no payout yet.

Hi all, I registered here because I was scammed by 99bet... I am a SBR forum reader since many years back but never had anything so say... now I have something.
1 finding: CONPER who is signing the second post here is 99bet... how do I know that? if you contact them via their form on their website you will receive a copy and the recipient is .... CONPER

now shortly my story: 1 month ago I made a deposit of 100, took the 100 bonus and soon after they stolen 320 eur invoking some TC... will not go into details now, but is was an obvious theft, they threatened me to confiscate everything when I tried to clarify exactly what rules I broke
after 1 week or so I requested a withdrawal... 3 weeks later they still didn't pay, when I contacted them to ask for information this Alex offered me a deal, to cancel my initial 900 withdrawal and request a new one of 300 and bet with my remaining balance to give them some action. He promised to pay me in 3 days. I accepted the deal but 6 days passed since then and haven't seen my money. Another chat session with Marko who told me 3 days ago some strange story about 99bet being scammed by Ideal Gaming and Bank of Malta (!!!)... he advised me to wait in the line like everybody else. I told him I will publish everything and then he said he will ensure that I never get my money if I do that. Today I contacted SBR (complaint form) and also had another chat with agent Andrew who told me that my account will be closed and all the money confiscated because I opened 2 accounts with them (!!!)...

My conclusion is: 99bet is a dangerous deposit only scam book, avoid it guys, blaklist it SBR

Idealbet have not answered two emails that I've sent over the past 48 hours. The people that run these excuses for businesses should be named and shamed.

Hi Conper. It would give Alex's company considerable respectability if he does what he told you. As you know him, please can you ask him to post on here his companies proposal to pay people their money and give some reassurances because as you and he would be aware, there is much scepticism.

99bet have responded to SBR.

There will be a news item posted with more detail once investigations are complete but for now I can pass on this much information;

• As posted on their website yesterday, 99bet say they are in dispute with Idealgames, who was handling player deposits and payments on behalf of 99bet
• 99bet claim they have been trying to negotiate for Idealgames to either pay players or hand over funds so 99bet could for several weeks
• The move to close the website and post the warning notice was a threat 99bet hoped would move Idealgames to resume payments. This did not work.
• 99bet say they are now in the process of negotiating a new back-end service provider and anticipate they will be back in operation in approximately 4 weeks.
• 99bet have advised me that they will honor all player balances out of their own pockets if required.
• They appeal for players to be supportive and understanding in the mean time.

SBR will investigate further.

I doubt they can justify simply sending everyone's balance to them in cash now Marege. They will do it to salvage the business. And I assume hope that customers appreciate it enough to continue to bet there.

I don't know if they are genuine or not. Idealgaming have not responded to me so I am unable to confirm if their story is true yet.

Best we can do is hope 99bet are genuine and are able to resurrect the site.

If they don't come back and make balances good, we will just have to deal with that at the time.

The silence of Idealgaming is damning. They haven't bothered answering two emails from me and I haven't heard that they've been bothered to do so elsewhere. If they don't respond to SBR then they are showing themselves for what they are. They were prepared to have their name associated with 99bet, therefore they a have a degree of responsibility.

Unless there is a response, SBR need to start publicising Idealgaming's lack of cooperation and the likelihood that they are scammers before anyone else gets their fingers burnt.

99bet have reached in principal agreement with IGS to provide new backend services.

As of today they hope to resume operations by the end of September.

They have yet to obtain player records from Idealgames. This will need to happen for 99bet to restore player balances.

Regarding the player's balances, the site is up for a few hours every day and I've just managed to log on and get my balance, so why can't they?
