    Is there 1 good book for US players?

    All i hear about is how 5d, bookmaker etc wont pay....so what book can you use safely that doesnt take 3 years to put up their lines?

    Or do I need to move to canada to play at pinnacle?

    id use 5 dimes. no high exotic bets. other stuff, you should be fine.
