Heritage live betting - ate my money?

Either my wager disappeared into a black hole or there was an error in grading - showing CONNECTED 0 RISK 0 AVAILABLE, whereas last night, it did show 200 @ risk. Bizarre.

Just called CS: "well yes I see you placed a wager last night but the ticket is blank so I really don't know. Please call back & ask for manager." ....awesome.

good luck-first of all. the set up for live betting is confusing there. lines constantly changing fast with too many different lines shifting around the page and put that together with the amount of time you have to bet and it can be difficult. but since you seen that you had 200 at risk you must have placed the bet. can't wait to see what they do. again good luck.

happened to me other day.... they refunded my wager, but did not pay it out

maybe that's why they stopped live betting for that game. they became aware of problems from irritated customers.

Called & spoke to the manager on duty. They have record of my wager and say that it was a system processing error. He was hesitant to give me a manual adjustment because he said they are working on grading wagers through the system and didn't want a double credit. But, I heard it from the horses mouth that I bet 200 on the Lakers ML @ +114, so I'm sure they are working on it.

exactly. they never show up in the general Current Wagers.. Always under Pending Futures

sounds promising - good shop - sounds like they are going to pay the bet instead of claiming some obscure rule that gets them out of paying.

I usually take screenshots of every live bet I make, but for whatever reason yesterday, I didn't. It sounds promising, but is taking longer than expected.

I used their live betting a few times. Don't bother with it if you're smart. After you place a bet from their live betting they don't give you a record of it. If you go to "pending wagers" it does not appear there.

That is not good for the bettor as you can't see what the hell you bet on if something happens.

live bets show up in the -reports and figures-section in the live betting screen

Just like relax said. Look for "Reports & Figures" on the lower left side of the Live Wagering page (near the bottom.) If you see your wager there... it was accepted. If you don't see it there... it didn't process properly.

It will then be finalized (graded) after the game is over with a ticket number under the "Account History"

I only use five dimes and youwager for live betting. Heritage's system is setup to screw the player. I think its as bad as their casino.

It is tracked under pending prop wagers. However, they have the worst live betting setup. Its set for every excuse to go against the player as they are not running that system. I think they are leasing it, or outsourcing it. penetrating dumbest bunch of shit.
