you would think an A+ rated book would be better. Their a very average book imo, very rarely bet anything prematch their, only reason to have money their is for their live betting options.

Their website crashes. Can't log in. I even downloaded firefox and firefox notified me it blocked the website from loading an outdated Adobe flash plugin.

BETDSI calls begging for deposits and they don't train the sales staff well at all, this guy called me and asked if I could help him out with a deposit. WTF, pitch what you're offering right away. I don't even know or care what he had in store for me. A lot of people complain about youwager calls, at least they tell right away what they are offering.

I'm not here to condone any sports book. I am just saying BETDSI has been nothing but trouble for me, and it isn't because I lost a few bets. Their mobile sports betting works. There online website beyond the home page does not. I can't even access my other bonuses because they are using outdated script.

he's not a troll..i love betting at dsi but damn their logging in problems or loading issue gets old. also they need to redo their cs, there's times when i have called in..got approval for a bonus. went and deposit only to be told i'm not qualified for it. after talking to a couple of cs agents, i am then rewarded the bonus. this is after i tell them to note in my account i am approved and they reassure me there should be no issue. i hope a dsi rep reads this and straighten things out..i already stress over winning/losing games..dont need to deal with technical shit on the site..lol

Never a problem loading with them.From a long expierience using them it's best to email them with a question rather than use live chat.

I am pretty sure you are not qulified to impartially rate them since you admit "I've stated numerous times that I am an affiliate for the best US-facing book: BetDSI."

their site works great, but the CS is beyond horrible when it comes to really important stuff

Well i have never so far had a problem with the website. Although every time except for the last bonus i did i always had problems . I would eventually get what i was promised but it was not a smooth transaction. The last guy though did it well for me.

Actually I am not a troll. I was just trying to help people out with my experience. I can say, however, that I found out that the problem is satellite internet. BetDSI does not work with satellite internet. You think customer service would know that already. So I can get the website up now, just can't use my satellite internet. And I can say, with 100% certainty, that the customer service I've received from BetDSI and 5dimes have both been offshore and arrogant and didn't give a F about me as a customer. I assume that's because they have a lot of people yelling at them for losing money? Just an observation.

So, rolltideTROLL0 (pun intended), before you start accusing me of being a troll, how about you and ever other CS rep actually tries to help out the people that F'ing support your lifestyle!
