deposited another $115 with their 20% bonus (wedensdays) always lose the freeplay. now my balance sits at
$500 ( Played a total of $626.75) 5x rollover.. their saying i have to paly another $800 even tho i lost the freeplays? is this right or am i being dumb

1.the lower of the risk/win counts for RO
2.only certain bets count for RO
3.the RO's Terms&Conditions are clear ... if you take the freeplay (not IF YOU WIN THE FREPLAY BET) you have to complete the RO

don't trash the book because you did not take the time to read the T&C - I took BetDSI bonuses a few times already and I never had problems with them

Kk cool I agreed to complete the rollovers and then they smacked me with a 72 hr wait after I complete them.. I called them "trash" now I can't log in and they "don't know come back when techs are here"

Yeh.. Fkd up 5x rollover need to rollover $1300.. Just wondering if u have ever experienced the can't log in issue tho.. Goes to sec checks and then says invalid pw even after live chat confirmed my pw. I'm going to get paid by them.. Just hate getting caught in rollovers the way I bet it's hard for me to complete one cuz I do inplay

At least you got the freeplay. They email me about reloads, livechat confirm I'm eligible and then once I have depsoited they change their mind.

You can guarantee approx 70% of freeplay converted to cash. Where is the struggle

Rollover goes away when you lose entire balance, losing your free play is irrelevant.

I don't take the free plays. Play with your own $$$ and you can cash out when you want. The one time I did take a free play I had the same results as you Nav. Good Luck!

Yeah... all three of the rules @horja1 posted are pretty ubiquitous in this industry. Got to look at it from their perspective, they are risking their own money for you to bet... these limits offset that risk somewhat.

It be nice if these books had exact rollover counters in their software like Bet365.
