Okay, so if you don't know yet I've placed a huge $3,000 bet last night on the Knicks ... I won but managed to burn around $1,000 out of the $2,700 winnings and I remained only with $1,700 winnings... here is a summary:
So I feel like my gambling has gone out of control and I spoke over the phone to TheGreek but they simply don't understand British terms, or other English words ... so I've decided to email them so they can see it in writing, and basically I was asking if I can cool off my account and not be allowed to place bets until May 15, 2013, the day that I can make a withdrawal because according to their conditions:
"Please be advised that all new accounts must wait at least seven (7) business days after the first deposit before making a withdrawal."
Which is fine by me, I am just not interested in placing any bets until these 7 business days pass.
So I'm waiting for their response.
I'm just wondering why, if they get such a high rating here in SBR and so many people say they are good - how come they don't provide a feature to suspend your account for 1 day, 1 week or so?
Pinnacle provides this feature, why can't they??

Here is a copy of my email to them:
Hi there,
I understand I cannot make any withdrawal before May 15, 2013.
I was wondering if it's possible to not allow me to bet (cool off period) until that day?
I am basically afraid gambling is getting out of my control and I was wondering if it's possible to not allow me to bet at least until May 15 when I would be allowed to make a withdrawal? Do you have any feature which allows me, the user, to cool off from your site and not place any bets for such a period such as 1 day or 1 week?
I know some other betting sites have this feature but I cannot find this feature available in my account.
Please keep me posted and please respond to this email with an answer.
Likewise, please do not take any action yet - I am only asking what kind of features you have available? Once you respond I would like to confirm my choice, so please do not take any action and simply provide me with the information.
Many thanks and regards,
