ID Requirements: VENT

I have had an absolute gut full of taking close ups with a digital camera of my passport etc.., and then uploading them only to be told that they have been rejected because they are "unclear." If they are unable to interpret the vital statistics on these documents then the problem is with their eyes and not my uploads.

Chief offenders this week: TonyBet & betsafe.

I sent TonyBet a screen capture of my neteller account and they told my they coundnt see it properly so I took a capture of the vital info of the account as opposed to the whole screen ie name/number/email and they then rejected that because it was only a capture of part of the account.

They don't seem to apply the governing rules this strictly when it come to protecting players

What betsafe require:

Documentation that confirms your Identity and address

More specifically we need:

What I have supplied them with:

Close up digital photo of my entire passport page blown up approx 150%
Close up digital photo of my entire driver's license blown up approx 200%

It is impossible not to be able to read all the information on these documents yet they have been rejected because they are "unclear."

What more am I supposed to do in order to get this withdrawal processed???

newsflash - use Bitcoin books. These ID games are just stall tactics to delay or not pay. They are relics of a past age like when kids would run around town with parlay cards.

I've downloaded pdf files from my account with gas/electric suppliers and still been told that the image is unclear!

most don't require anything if you send cash, best way to go.

Some books wont accept scans because they are 'open to manipulation' i think tipico said this to me from memory. so i decided to just use camera for everything. the fact is it would be no easier to read if they were holding my passport in their hand.
