    Wagerweb is now.ag
Saw sbr mentioned this awhile ago, it is now in effect. Also, I need to publicly give credit where credit is due. Being a long time player there I can notice a big time change in their customer service. Before it was average, just like most CR books. Just like any business, US or elsewhere, they found it worthwhile to revamp a bit. Everyone now seems super polite, courteous and upbeat.

If I'm the only person who notices this it is worth it mentioning it anyway. I as a customer appreciate it and the effort by the cs staff! It seems super busy as well. Keep up the good work Marcel, Reuben, Monica, Richard, Rory, Dave and some younger sounding guy who seems new!

That is good to hear! It wasn't bad compared to the field. Everyone didn't sound upbeat or super polite all the time. That is understandable, but as a customer you would expect it. Now I understand this field in the industry isn't held to our expectations, but hats off to the shot callers and the reps.

That is good to hear. I'm strictly talking telephonic interactions. The chat has always been polite for the most part. Sometimes you get the busy leave a message, which drives me crazy, but I just call and get it done.

Glad you responded. Other supporters over the years were driven off the board for saying something positive.

Hey Hank, I'm not sure what bonus they have going. They do let you use the bonus, fp $, in one of their casinos. The ro doubles though.

I don't stick my head in the sand and am aware of the Trix com complaint. My post wasn't meant to rally players or possible players to play, rather giving a deserved compliment to the cs staff.

In my opinion they are a book to try. It seems with most it is a love or hate relationship. If you don't like them, no harm done. If you like them I'm glad it worked out.

casino action counting at all is A+ in my book. Most books it counts for nothing but a nice advantage to gain more sports betting money.

Exactly. People always say that your "shilling" a book or whatever. So what that I like to play at WagerWeb. I give my feedback from my own personal experience and that's that. One of my favorite books btw, no lie either and I'm sure me and robmpink have been over the reasons why its an excellent out.
