I have been a member at Legends for more than 2 years and have always had a good experience with their customer service until now...
In the last month or so, I all of a sudden was told that I was NOW eligible for a program that they have been offering since last JUNE (my birthday month). The program offers the client a 10% refund on ALL NET LOSSES from the previous month.
Once I was told of this program, obviously, I requested to take advantage of it, and I was successfully refunded 10% of net losses for the prior 2 or 3 months.
I have asked via telephone and LIVE CHAT HUNDREDS of times, what bonuses that I would be eligible for and HAVE NEVER BEEN told of this long-running program until the last month or so. When I inquired how long this program has been in effect, I was given vague non-answers.
The woman in charge of all of this at Legends is currently a woman named "Judy". I spoke to her at 9am Eastern this morning, informing her of THE FACT that I HAD NEVER BEEN TOLD OF THIS PROGRAM until very recently. She then sighed and complained that she would have to review ALL PHONE records in order to look into this. As mentioned previously, I have also asked the same question via LIVE CHAT AT LEAST 50 different times, and WAS NEVER TOLD OF THIS IN ANY SHAPE, FORM OR FASHION.
Judy then PROMISED to look into all of this and call me at my home number prior to her leaving at 6pm Eastern. As you might expect, SHE NEVER CALLED. Also, she most certainly DID NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH ONE STINKING PENNY. She claims that I WAS TOLD of this program WAY BACK IN JUNE, which I most certainly WAS NOT. Anyone with half of a brain would obviously take advantage of this program each & every month that it would be offered. that's pretty obvious..
It is possible that way back last June, I was told that I would get some sort of "bonus" , but I naturally assumed that it was due to being my birthday month, not that it was due to their fantastic new program that would be offered each and every month until this very day..
Judy has provided ZERO EVIDENCE backing-up her ridiculous claims that I have known about this program since last June. The reason is quite simple; THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF THAT, because like anyone that can fog a mirror, I would have requested it EVERY SINGLE MONTH since then.
Also, I should mention that i have been a "VIP MEMBER" during this entire time. A lot of good that did me!
She then quite insultingly told me that the info on this bonus is plainly available on their website:
A.) I challenge anyone reading this to find it.
B.) When one goes to their website, they go there to place wagers, not to scour the entire site looking for some hidden bonus that they DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT!
Lastly, I have referred several friends to Legends because I had been pleased with most things about them until now. I will not only forever close my account there, but will instruct ALL REFERRALS to do the same unless "Judy" does the right thing and retroactively credits my account with ALL DUE BONUSES (10% REFUND ON PRIOR MONTH'S NET LOSSES) since last June/ July.
I cannot imagine how this would be a smart pr move on Legends' part, as I would most likely lose it all back in a heartbeat anyhow.
In summary, despite THE FACT that I have asked HUNDREDS of times via telephone & Live Chat what BONUSES that I would be eligible for, I WAS NEVER INFORMED of this program until VERY RECENTLY. I have provided a GREAT DEAL OF MONEY to Legends, as well as MANY REFERRALS and despite THE FACT that Judy can provide NO EVIDENCE of her absurd claims, she HAS CREDITED ME NOTHING, HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK AS PROMISED, and has tried to put THE BLAME ON ME by stating, "You have to ask for the bonus for it to be applied".
How or why would I ask for this specific bonus if I have no idea that it exists in the first place? Obviously, that is physically impossible unless one is a psychic. Right now, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with "Legends" and Judy in particular. It is unfortunate that she has now been put in charge of "Customer Relations", because she has been very much less than helpful. Also, she loves to OVER-TALK you, so as to negate anything you might be attempting to say to her...
Prior to joining Legends more than two years ago, I had been with Carib for OVER TEN YEARS, which had an excellent reputation and then suddenly went to hell and became extremely rude and unhelpful. Judy has a bright future working at Carib quite soon unless she DOES THE RIGHT THING HERE.
Lastly, I have exaggerated NOTHING, these are absolute and exact facts, and I'm especially disappointed because I was referred to Legends by SBR, a site that I greatly admire and trust!
