no, but it is the only book i used, my time is limited, i bet games i am watching or will watch mostly for fun, hobby, this is not my job, my question to SBR is about rating 5dimes as A+ when their chat intrusive leader Tony will rudely trash a long time fair player ? SBR your stance on this ?

Indeed, awesome payout times lately, less that 3 days to Cali, no argument there, but customer service routinely funneling calls to a madman is not an A+ business. i've talked to Tony several times, and have been careful because i could feel his instability, finally i thought, fook him, i'll tell him the truth, he is their A+ leader...

SBR, how many reports do you have of the 5Dimes boss behaving like a child, must be over 100, let us assume a little less than 50% are true, is this what you give an A+ rating ? How much cash does it take to bump that grade ?

I've chatted with Tony about 10 times, every single time I could sense the rude bratty entitled child in him about to come out... I always appeased him, my bad, i'm sorry, etc... i had too much money in his book at those times, finally i speak truth. not even close to A+ customer service, customer service is C at best, so overall can't be A+, SBR ?

my final take.

5 dimes is a great reliable book for small >500 players, payouts A+, but you are better off never questioning their customer service folks, if you do at the wrong time, you get Tony, and he only wants conflict or to show he is superior, spoiled child barely grown, rarely ends well F.

your move Tony, you know where i am, i would love to fist fight you, i'm only 5'11" 180 pounds, so i don't see an issue there... let me know by SBR PM

5dimes is a great book for smaller players, but the customer service funneling to crazy Tony should knock them down to at least a B. If you want SBR ratings to carry any serious weight.

Let me see if I understand. You call customer service to complain that a certain deposit method is not working. This time it cannot be fixed immediately, as in the past, and you start to give the cs rep an earful because you find this inconvenient. The cs rep realizes that he is not going to be able to make you happy and turns you over to Tony. You THREATEN Tony with leaving if he does not immediately fix this processor problem ( which he obviously can't fix until Saturday ). Tony shows you exactly how scared he is of your threat ---- and now your feelings are hurt? And you think SBR should salve your feelings by downgrading 5dimes because you choose to pick a fight!
I have chatted with Tony several times also without any problems. I have seen the chat logs of posters that come here to complain of Tony's tough guy talk. But, I have yet to see where Tony gets tough before the poster has already made an ass out of himself, as you did.

so after seing the OP's post you really think he is telling us everything? if he wished Tony such nice things it is very possbile that he started doing that with the CS agent first (I think his "really are you fookin kidding me" is just a very short version of what he actully "wished" to the CS agent).

Granted CS sucks there...like most CR operations when you call at non peak times and get a second team crew member...but what does speaking with the head Guy do for you...aside make you feel important.

Dealt there for years, talked to him mabeye 2-3 times, one time I ask for him..other he was offered to me.

The "I'll take my business to Bovada" comment says all you need to know about the OP in my opinion.

Comparing 5d to Bovada is like comparing a Ferrari to a Camaro..both are sports cars with Latin names...and that's about where the comparisons end. One is worth 40x more than the other...just as 5D blows away Bovada..limits, speed of processing and selection.

BTW- 10k in business to 5d is a non peak time 15 minutes worth of business...10k worth of bets walking isn't hurting anyone's feelings there...assuming you win a few.

haven't seen a thread here in quite a while,about tony, that I did not think the op was in the wrong. i had the pleasure of a couple of chats with tony and they were normal question and answers, no drama. my initial feelings about tony,because of that GOD statement and thread, was wrong. I now think he is fair. everyone at sportsbook forums knows tony's reputation. if you want to use 5dimes, don't start any shit. don't take any shots. it will not be tolerated. act responsible-play-win-get paid . and if you get him pissed you are out, but still paid.

I have read many posts in this forum about Tony being a jerk. I have to ask you why do you engage him? You say in your post you have done 10k in business with him and are pretty much even. So that means you are not a priority to Tony or 5dimes. You then say you have spoken to Tony ABOUT TEN TIMES. Why would you have to speak to him TEN TIMES?? You think he wants to spend all day talking to the average client? I have had the same local for years, I bet more then 10k on just about any weekend and I talked to the boss one time, to get a limit raised when I was steaming. LOL

The customer needs 5dimes more then 5dimes needs the customer. Tony doesn't give a SH*T about public relations and does not in any way have a "the customer is always right type mentality". Since these facts are obvious why engage him? Why threaten to got to Bovada? Why do any of it? I see you are at least somewhat upset about being cutoff by 5dimes or you would not have started this thread. Do you think Tony cares at all?
