Skybook/Betmania

I am being told they are sister companies. I deposited at betmania and ran up a sizeable balance with a bonus that I am waiting for. Is it safe to go to skybook, take a bonus? Is there a prob with that? I asked them if I have a betmania account if I could have a skybook account and they said yes.
