Does Pinnacle ask for documents when you withdraw ???

I have joined Pinncale but did not deposit till now because Iam afraid they ask for documents and sadly all my documents in Arabic Language , 10bet accepted it hardly and WiliamHill did not accept it !!!

so Does pinnacle ask for documents when someone withdraw ???

All legit books are required by law to ask you for documents. In order to deposit with Pinnacle I belive you must first send in the documents. I dont think it matters if your docs are in arab. They have revenues of millions, I think they can afford a translator

I'm in Canada, I deposited via 1nst@d3b1t. They've never asked me for any ID. But it is true that I never withdraw a lot in one transaction. They probably ask if you withdraw a few thousand...

p.s.
I am yet to see a reputable book to ask for ID when depositing.

I bet there for years and they never asked me nothing. They don't offer bonus or put limits, so they just don't care if you want to create a new account, you can even have 2 accounts in the same address.

back in the day when you deposit via ewallet must bookies would let tet the verification slide. I think it is fair because ewallets like neteller nd moneybookers have very hard id comfirmation.

Books that give away promos, free plays and others will usually ask for IDs to stop abuse and fraud. PIN is not notorious for their promos and they use legal banking stuff where they can claim and legally fight fraud on their processors.

Well I withdrew yesterday and the process takes up to 5 business days so I assume money will be in my bank by this Friday or Monday of next week. Good luck.

Documents and such depend a lot on transfer methods and the geographics of the book. I'm guessing the person who said "all legit books..." probably meant to say "All european legit books, when dealing with larger sums of money...".

Anyway to answer your question, I have never had any need to ID myself in pinnacle. However at least to me, if I were to deposit or withdraw straight through a credit/DC, I'd have to identify myself to them.

I agree. That's really the only gripe I have against Pinny, lack of live customer service. Other then that, no complaints.
