    Very Disappointed with Legends
A couple days ago I moved to Legends (was previously at Heritage, regret leaving them). Right off the bat I was very dissapointed with their website layout/interface. Very confusing to navigate, not many perks. Was surprised they don't have a transaction history, or anything to tell you how much money you are up or down on a given day or week. Very plain jane.

I first got irritated today when I was playing the Knicks game. My account balance was off by a good amount. No idea why. I had a few bets in, so maybe they forgot to grade a win. They eventually fixed it after being on the live chat with them for several minutes.

Now here's where I get really irritated. I placed a bet on Spurs -3 2H. I leave the house and come back to see the Spurs indeed covered the 2H spread. My wager is no where to be found. I call them and ask them about it. They say I need a ticket confirmation #. I place about 5-15 bets a day, and I've been betting for almost 3 years now and I've never even though about writing down the ticket #.

It wasn't a big bet, so I tell them that I'd just rather be refunded my money, and take my business elsewhere. I currently have $875 in my account right now. I tell them that they can keep whatever I won off the freeplay, I just want my money back. They go on to tell me that if I want to forfeit the rollover and be payed out, they'd subtract the entire FP I received from my bonus (875-335=540).

I'm not sure what the rules are. But that seems very unreasonable. I was willing to meet them in the middle. All I wanted was my $750 back, I even said they don't need to reimburse me for the ** fee that they put in my account. Is this too hard to ask from an A+ sportsbook? I joined 2 days ago, I just want my money back. Instead they insist in taking my current balance and subtracting the entire free play from it (when in fact I barely won anything off the free play).

Regardless, I'm very disappointed with them. There customer support was not helpful. There website interface is very poor in my opinion, and they've had tickets disappear on me. I'm not doing the payout because I don't want to get screwed with their awful offer. I'm going to just stick it out until the 5X rollover is finished and then leave and never come back.

Anyone else have problems with Legends? I've now played at Bodog, BetJamaica, Heritage, BetIslands, and JustBet. Never had a problem with any of my sportsbooks until I joined Legends 2 days ago.

Why would you deposit this much money without checking out their layout and betting options first?
    Why did you leave Heritage?

I was in a similar situation when I signed up and got a decent bonus from them awhile back. I knew from the moment I made my 1st bet I would never send these people money again. Didnt like there CS at all. Didnt have a major problem like you just didnt like the website and really anything about them. I saw they that were highly rated here and blindly deposited. Lesson learned.

Left Heritage for a few different reasons, not important. Very much regret it. They are a fantastic book. One I'm done with my rollover I'll probably re-deposit with them.

And I don't know why I didn't look at their website interface. I just assumed it would be good. I've never had a problem with a books website until now, just assumed that wouldn't be a problem. It never really crossed my mind until I logged in for the first time.

you might want to look into 5Dimes as well...the layout is extremely simple, but easy to navigate and they got whole bunch of betting options.

since you accepted a bonus I doubt they will let you leave with any profit meaning even if you bet your own money and not the freeplay you were awarded they won't let you cash out. The only thing they might let you do is withdraw your original deposit amount if you still have the entire balance without the freeplay.

It's not a big deal. My rollover with them should be done within the next week or two. Simply going to just take my funds and go elsewhere.

Not having overnight NBA and NCAAB lines is also a big No-No for me. They got some pretty square lines which is nice. Like today I was on ATL +6.5, whilte all the other books were at LA -5.5.

Never had a problem with Legends. Still have a healthy balance there.

A good out to have because in football and basketball they have opinions on their lines.

I'm not sure this has happened but I've forgotten to confirm bets many times. Legends is solid and I'm surprised that this would happen.

Heritage's customer service and support is better than Legends. Legends has the better signup and reload bonus, but they do strange things like you mentioned.

One that really irritated me was their loyalty program.

It is hidden at the bottom of the page, and customer service does a bad job of explaining it and the type of free payout.

A favorite word here...vanilla Legends, very Vanilla, but very safe from my view. I only bet straight major sports so I like them, like Pensfan. And like Raider said, they have the 80 times confirm button so not sure what's going on there. Not reduced juice I admit, but if you like the major sports and safety, Legends is an option.

On the reduced juice side, they do offer a small window of time on Friday afternoons I believe from 12 to 4 pm where you can pay -105....

Legends is too tight with bonuses, even though I am down a few dimes, they cut off my bonuses because i collected $500.

It sounds like you won using the FP and want most of the funds without completing remaining rollover. Legends has always been fair in dealing with players. If the bet mishap has made you no longer want to play after the two days, the best bet is to talk with a manager. You can write in here if you aren't satisfied with the customer service.

Legends was the first book I tried when I got into this sports wagering gig and they paid. Like you, I was kind of shocked how Legends and even 5Dimes had crappy GUI's but just because the website looks like it was put together overnight doesn't mean they're not an A+ book. TBH, I think they even say write your confirmation # down when you place a wager.

My advice is to never take the bonus/rollover crap. In my opinion, that sh*t was created to help you lose or stop you from cashing out altogether. Sometimes I'll deposit, see a great line, get in and get out. Other times I will grind it out for a few weeks but since we never know the lines until they actually appear, why deal with all the bonus/rollover red tape?

Here's what really bothers me. Once a bet is finished, they move it out of "active bets" and put it in "final bets" but it doesn't reflect on the balance right away. I can't stand it. Because once it gets moved to final bets, it should reflect in your account. This is the first book that takes forever to grade your wagers. Still waiting on my Texas bet to reflect in my balance, lets see how long it takes.

Game's been over for 10 minutes, Texas has been moved into my "Final Bets" and graded as a win, but still not showing in my balance.

15 minutes later and it's in my available balance. Got to love a book that takes 15 minutes to put the money in your account. A+ by me.

Speedy, sounds like you're uncomfortable with the amount of money you have at Legends. My advice would be to never deposit more than you can afford losing overnight if the book were to go belly-up.

You are more experienced than I am so I thought I would ask you a few questions. I am thinking about making a deposit at one of the sportsbooks, 5 Dimes or Bookmaker. My questions concern rollover requirements. I was online with Bookmaker yesterday and I understood that I could not withdraw any amount until the rollover requirement was met. Is this correct? I understand there may be a fee for doing so but would I be forced to continue placin bets until I met the rollover requirement or loose my entire deposit.

In theory. I wouldn't say you could take your funds out anytime because a lot of books require you wait a few days before cashing out.
