    BOL...good or bad
    Aloha all..been reading for along time...with the local trouble in Hawaiis Local bookies issues, been using offshore BOL, by recomendatios viewed here and on other rating systems. Unfortunately, never really read forums about issues before this past month...waiting on 5 figures payout...anyways, can i can feedback...both good(if any) and bad about what im to expect...been waiting now on my wire since 2-12 when it was approved and monies removed from acct.just getting nervous.mahalo

      Said everything is fine...first contact i was told it would be no later than 27th, 2nd contact on 26th was told by CS that it would be no longer than 1st, most recent chat live i was told now it wil be between the 5th and 8th no latter, but still everything is fine...nothing suspicious yet, just a pattern of longer and longer wait. And now im becoming concerned.

        ....no rollover issues, or cc deposit delays, or any other loopholes ive read about potentially coming up either. CS has assured its ok everytime ive called or on live chat last time.....and my account home page says in progress on the cashout status and approved in the history list. Again any input or help here is appreciated. I understand after reading forums recntly that others have waited and in some case not been paid...but this is a fairly large cashout and i want to be on top of this if theres anything i can do.mahalo to the forum again

          best to file an sbr complaint. bol employees are really incompetent and payouts can be a nightmare with them, waiting weeks, sending the wrong amount, etc. but usually if sbr gets in contact with a manager they can straighten it out and will do right.

              I'll give my feedback. I think their lines are very sharp. When their lines move, I often see everyone else follow. Their 25% freeplay bonus is very nice. I think their online chat csr are retardedly incompetent if that is a word. But I think there's one or two that are okay. Payouts, I tried a payout a few years ago and they gave me the run around for about a month before I lost my balance. A few days ago I tried my first payout for a nickel just to test it and received it in 2 days so maybe things are more efficient nowadays, I don't know, I'm mostly a deposit only type of guy.

                    Also I think they have a special relationship with SBR if you file a complaint I am sure you will get assistance with SBR.

                        Thanks again goombah. I filed it and hopefully will get somewhere this week. I was told by the last chat with CS that i should get in touch with them again on tues in order to recieve the details of my wire..numbers etc. So i can track it from my end if need be. All in all, this time they said i should have funds available in my bank no later than thursday this week.

                        @duff85-yeah unfortunately i never really read the forums before i went with them. I only started reading all the player forum posts about books after i became worried. Stupid on my part. To say anything good about BOL though, i have to admit thate the site itself is very user friendly and easy to work with. Hopefully it all works out this week and I can post some actual poistve things about this book.

                          people typically file a complaint the day they deposit to get the process started in time for their cash out.

                            ....SBR agent Matt confirming and following up w me this morning saying that BOL has told him that a small batch of wires has experienced some sort of delay...and that my wire appears to be part of the batch. Thanks to the team at SBR for doing the follow up, but i have to be thinking, "really". How coincidental can this possibly be?my first attempt to build relations w this book and im part of a "small batch"...? Still got 5K active and am more concerned about even getting that out. My comments and/or suggestions are much appreciated, and again thanks to SBR for making the attempt. Mahalo

                              I have recived more than 15 payouts from bol, only remember 1 that was delayed, the last weeks i gotem in 8-12 hours.

                              so dont let a lot of post in this forum fool you. There are lot of dramaqueens..

                                  Thanks to all for giving up honest info...here my update. To the credit of SBR for promptly jumping in and getting in touch with the book on their end giving me some sense of reslove that the wire is true..thanks to them. Got a call personall from BOL head manager DC apologizing for the delay and giving me a cash credit for the delay..also confirming that the wire is active and will reach my account no later than friday at the absolute latest monday...must say that outside of the delay which really does seem isolated, the customer service has been awesome and there have been no crazy BS delays i have read about in the forums. Hopefully the wire will hit and i can complete this review of BOL with more positive comments. Mahalo boys

                                          UPDATE!! BOL has paid me the 5 figs and it all wnt very smooth...even though it took longer than expected...customer service and managers always kept me in the loop and in the end it was a very professional experience. I am going tor3comend BOL to all my hawaii players.5 figs.....20 days...its all good

                                            Your case and my case sound exactly the same. I requested my 5 fig wire on 2/8....finally filed a complaint in march. Got a personal email from DC apologizing....unfortunately I have not been paid yet.

                                              Matt from SBR made a few contacts w them for me also...after i filed the complaint. Im sure that helped my caus. I think what i will do in the future is try to use P2P and make smaller transactions, especially coming out. Waiting on 5 figs was a stress bomb all the way around. In any event, i hope it goes well for you. I just tried to be as understanding w every rep or manager i spoke to, and seemed like with that good attitude, the service was reciprocated in the same way.                                                 SBR has been great, it's really the only way to contact BOL, contacting them directly is worthless. SBR contacted them for me again yesterday and within 4 mintues BOL got back to me....unfortunately it was to inform me that my wire was delayed again for some reason and they didn't give any timeline as to when I could expect it.

                                                  Its pretty sad when a book needs an intermediary to resolve any issues. I cannot even imagine all the other customers they have that are being dicked around because they do not know SBR.
