Great so im still waiting on my payout that i requested on 1/15 for $1000. Not sure what the problem is this time but i have never been just outright treated this way by a book or rep. Yesterday when i went on chat to ask about my payout they said there is no update on it and just closed chat, they also just kept on closing chat after i they new it was me when i tried to go back on. I was told and assured by Robert the manager that i would get it yesterday, since this was like the 4th time asking about it when the month of wait came. Just thought id share and i will keep everyone posted on this.

Oh almost forgot when i finished my original rollover from original bonus dates back to mid December sometime. But they only allow 1 withdrawal at a time before they do another 1 and being the last withdrawal taking a month this is where i stand today. Something strange is they are giving a free $100 to everyone on FB for new sign ups($100 max cashout) and free $10 for picking games, seems they are actively pursuing new clients. also there was an sbr newswire about them not wanting to pay big winners and offering them less. I was up there quite abit the other day probably saved myself a headache actually getting paid. even if it's as advertised their timeframes for paying are whack as hell.Comment -

Seems chat wont answer right now. Been 2 days since i was on chat and they pretty much just hung up on me a few times. If i don't get paid by next week then i will add covers and rx as well as any other top forums until they respond or pay me. If they are now messing with your balance be on top of them and use live chat as much as possible you can have a copy for reference purposes. Ask then were the $160 went and why and save a copy of the communication... this does not sound good.Comment -
I just went to the rating guide and remember yesterday how u said i should have known about all those complaints, well when i did my research on them that whole list of complaints wasn't up, it was actually empty and all it had was a bailout they did. But when i did my original complaint in January they put all those complaints up. What sucks is i would have never even used them had i saw all that.Comment -

I hate scummy operators, makes it harder for the rest. Play out this SBR thing with the 2 threads until Monday... then add an additional forum. Do not do too much at one time, do it in increments. Thanks man your right just looks really bad on them, as this is the first real issue with me and a sportsbook. Im even willing to work with them and multi table 8-12 tables on poker to get them back and make them some $, i gave them a little sample the last couple of days, even though its the worst run of cards ever and im about break even. Not sure what the odds r against losing 3 set-over-sets that r dealt to u and not winning even 1 over just shy 10k sample, thats not counting all the other sh-it i had to endure.Comment -
i was with them from thier start. they did nothing right. had to call daily. they kept changing the rules constantly. i called them more than friends and family together. when i finally got the last of my money out i stayed out. was there a year or so. bonuses were good and rollovers easy. this was pre-2006. talked to the owner many times -always had a good excuse for everythng. it was easy money, but not worth the hassle of constantly calling to explain again and again that they did not do what they told me would happen,whatever it was, they would tell me what it took to keep me content and then not follow thru on it. out of all the shops i played at i hated this more than any other. other shops stole my money(got ripped off 3xxx) , but still i always thought this was the worse place, constantly wasting my time and lying over and over while keeping me in with small payouts and easy lines,good bonuses. can't believe they are still around, was sure they would not last long at all. i was shocked they made it the 1st year. just amazing they are still around. not amazing they are slow paying, been doing it for many years.Comment -

I have been up a couple grand at dimeline and blew it all. first place i've dealt with a book that don't respond to email, often times don't answer the phone and if you ask them anything they don't have a answer for in chat they will simply ignore you and not respond. i don't think they care at all about bad press on SBR. when the poker was down for a couple weeks they took live chat down and stopped answering the phone.Comment -

Well, I have to admit, I have played there in the past and stopped playing with them about 9 months ago. I was glad to see when they got upgraded to a C rating because it got me trust them a little more. I have had chance to withdrawl about 9 months ago and waited 3 or 4 days just to process them. After 4 days, they still were not processed and ended up losing my balance (which was my own responsibility). Well Legion, I definitely understand what you are going through and it is NOT right.

SBR and all of the other forums or optimized for SEO and every frickin thread and post hit all the search engines fast and have high page ranking... this is just one more thing I am an expert in. So... your second and last warning Dimeline... pay the mthrfckr the chump change or whats going to happen is that whenever someone does a search for Dimeline using Google, MSN, BING,Yaoo...or any of the others, what is going to come up on the top page ranks is going to be this complaint... I am talking page 1, 2, 3 and more as more and more content hits these well optimized sites and it will hang for a long time. Use some common sense or have every guy that does an inet search think your scumbags because there is no additional content refuting it. Basically, your caught between a rock and a hard place so just do the right thing and as soon as you do it it will be said it was a mistake and that you pay out all your winning customers like all professional services do. This is not a threat just trying to explain how data moves and is archived on the inet as well as how algorithms work with the major search engines. You have to pay this guy are it will cost your brand heavily...so just do it... I got nothing personal involved, trying to help you both out.Comment -
