yes, last year before i made my deposit, alliance had ny giants at +3 +110. that was the best line around. i wanted to put more on it. the sales rep "bobby" promised that he would raised my limit if i deposit a certain amount. he never did. alliance limits are pretty low for everyone. i made my rollover and cashed out. if you look at my other posts, i did say they paid me and fast too. i ripped the book for that sales rep false promise, but i wanted to acknowledge their good sides too. my current rep at alliance is pretty straight forward.

I have a feeling that their version of the facts is that you did not request the bonus at the time of deposit. Probably a miscommunication between you and the cs rep. And, if so, when you finally got around to letting them know you wanted the bonus, you had already started betting. Could this be the way things went down?

Not sure whats going on with OP but this place has some things other books don't and they r more than happy to add a bonus with some rollover when u want it. My guess is he must have done something or really rude and its noted on his account now, so they don't want to give him anything more.

No I tried calling chat and they ignore me....like I said I requested at the time of deposit...its good they give sameday payouts but I justvwant my bonus they owe
