Failures that come to mind... aaahhhh, North American. Just about everything in the last decade or two, dotcom bubble, banking, realestate, auto industry... in fact many should be very aware and informed of business failure dynamics in the US if you have at least a 7th grade education... Nice to see you back bill... gotta respect that but I would of respected it more if you just persevered and took in the teeth. Sh1t happens... and I am sure you have learned much from this experience. Everyday is a new day as they say... heres too tomorrow.

PS... I was asked to hold off a day but people appear to be very pessimistic and have given up all hope for help. It appears that a group have, 2 to 3 services, have decided to make an offer after taking into consideration your strong effort on behalf of BI players and your offer to contribute any advertising revenue you may have received from the failed service to help push the offer through. I commend you on making such a selflish and generous offer as well as respect the fact that you do not wish to profit in anyway from the misfortune of any of these players... I believe it will surely set you and SBR back on track and that you will be far more vigilante in the future when it comes to advertising and ratings of services that so many had come to rely upon when choosing an out. I believe you will be contacted within 72 hours by those involved so that you may make the announcement after making sure the offer is good for players. Again, I salute you and your player advocacy to do such a thing on their behalf, many in this business would not be so strong of character and just let it die down.

I'll believe it when I see an offer in writing from a sportsbook. Until then, it's just hearsay not worth entertaining & getting hopes up.

Touch, I may not be the brightest bulb on the tree. But statements like this from someone with inside contacts do get my hopes up. However, the bolded parts of your post don't seem to fit together with the unbolded parts ( which appear to be dripping in sarcasm unless my understanding of things is all wrong ). Is this for real, or all sarcasm?

This is very real... I have seen the draft of the proposal and I have been informed of the possible participants. There are 2 that are basically commited and a few strong options for the third spot. No deposit will be required from any participants that initially receive the offer. They will receive up to a maximum of 3 to 5 dimes depending on the balances that they had on the books and what the final agreement between the services and SBR is reached. It will include a rollover and structured withdrawals with balance increments and time holds. The offer will be in cash and maybe partial freeplay and will be open to both sharp and recreational customers. The sharps will have one exception which will be a non dervivative profile. The other exception will be that no sharp accounts with balances of 85k or more will receive the offer... In response to sarcasm, there was absolutely none... B/J and the SBR team as a whole feel terrible about the incident/mistake and have made every effort to seek a solution. It was difficult for them because many they approached already had a large percentage of the profiled BI customers already on their sheets so they did not feel it would benifit them to participate and in fact would be a possible exposure liability. The third spot will be filled by a very high rated service that will in fact most likely get more praise and respect as a brand for participating as well as a PR coup. This will position them as one of highest most respected services in the industry and most likely lead to many additional account sign ups and conversions that will be more important than any possible gain from the actual player offer. As you can see, i am not banned... stay calm and be patient.

Hope that's true touchback but I'll believe it when I see it. No reason for Bill to say that the last talks he knew of fell thru a couple days ago, if what you're saying is the case.

I'll tell you one thing though, have a lot of accounts opened through sbr, none of them is getting funded, just because sbr has proven to be a bunch of crooks

I will stick to playing with books I have an account with not affiliated to sbr

so, there is no bailout for anyone with a clue is what you're saying.
far out, giant rip-off of anyone who has the temerity to beat the books and only taking the customers who where losers

What you're mentioning isn't a bailout, it's a continuance of a scam. If this happens, SBR and the CR books involved will look even worse.

A no deposit with reasonble chance for payouts based on deposits versus withdrawals offer of this amount of cash and being cleared by a player advocacy team of high regard is not a scam considering the brands involved. The service was bad and the balances are not considered real money... it is to bad that additional correspendence seems unlikely. Would be even better to discuss this other than on a forum but what can I do... it was even offered to include the sharps but it would of diluted the offer for the recreational guys who deserve it the most, the sharps new the deal and that was the advocacy teams point so it was went with... also considereing the charities involved I thought it was a win win win... oh well.
