I am so sorry for everyone screwed by BI
I don't frequent here too often but I just read all this drama and wow... SBR seems to be silent on the issue apart from the "you're all Fukked. Sorry" thread from Bull Dozer. Sbr really tarnished their reputation badly here and nothing they say can be taken as legitimate anymore.

Something has to be done this is unbelievable. People had balances of thousands in there and in this economy can significantly impact the livelihood the people who trusted Sbr and this book.

If posters knew about the eventually downfall months ago surely Sbr did too. I encourage everyone to not support or donate to Sbr until there is some sort of remedy and I don't know what methods most of you deposited into BI but I hope some of you can at least do chargebacks or some shit. My prayers are with y'all.

If it was only cash deposits then they basically outright scammed people. Financial backing or not there had to be some money within the system. Sbrs excuse for the cease of BI is unacceptable. I hope karma strikes upon all those who contributed to this fraud and heads roll. I'm sure out of all of the people scammed there is at least one who won't eat this and I wish them luck. These weren't just 50 dollar bettors affected.

i had tens of thousands of dollars in my account at betislands. if they didnt have the banner on top of the page and they didnt have a rep posting here with the VERY APPARENT backing of sbr as Jon as legit, i would never have a dollar in the website. they were an sbr book.

i read some article that its only 350 players stiffed. my god i would bet 200+ of those learned of betislands direclty through sbr promoting them. WTF?????

I hope one book steps up and accepts the accounts affected with a rollover or match deposit that isn't too insane. I think one will. This affects the entire legitimacy of off shore gaming.

how they remained "B" untill monday is beyond me. turns out they were a rinky dinky tiny operation. I was told the max # of people they ever had working there was 12. that was the most. this was just a few guys taking deposits and running a scheme. yet sbr stated they were legit. i trusted sbr. sbr has ruined my life. its very dountful that i ever reach the stage of my life where 50k is not a life changing amount. my life has been changed for the far worse. all because of the betislands scam. i would not have been scammed there if not for sportsbookreview. never would have given them a penny.

I feel for you. It's terrible. And SBR are the scam artists that caused you this. What an incredible morons. They deserve to be behind bars and have the key thrown away.
