I keep saying over and over again. But please give more power to other upper management in your company. Ppl have so much problem with you guys lately and you are EXTREMELY hard to reach. I know you are cool guy and you helped me out couple of times before(however, after calling and emailing numerous times for numerous days). I understand every books have processor problems. But with your book, something new happens literally every week lately. you guys really need to step up and do something about this!
I love bonus you guys offer but I will not make any kind of deposit until something gets done.

I'm mostly a depositor after MLB ends but I've got no reason to believe if I were to request a cash-out I'd have any problems either.

I will be straight up and say I haven't taken money out from BetIslands lately so I do not have first hand experience with their payout lately. You said what processor problem??? Are you blind or don't know how to read?? Even Jon himself came here and said they have processor issue and some players p2p payout didn't get processed same day. So for you to come here and say you received p2p on the same days, you are ignorant. Just because you don't have a problem doesn't mean other ppl don't have an issue. And we all know when you talk to csr about this issues, they all say call back later instead of actually trying to fix shit. But ppl like Jon will actually fix the issue immediately only if you can get to him.

Also I will give you example of problem I had before. I deposit the money and met the RO and wanted to transfer some money from my acct to my friend's acct. well, csr said I didn't complete the ro and I had to argue with home and called three different times to have them do it for me. It's a simple math and they still fukced it up. I demand to speak with Jon and he wasn't there.. Do I really have to call in 3 different times to figure out if my ro is met or not to transfer the money? Hell no.

Thats because I am not in the office 24-7 and if i send you more than a certain amount of transfers a week all i will get you is blacklisted.

It is not as easy as people think it is.

i will say my only complaint is the every changing policies on things such as rolling if wagers. I called a few days ago and was told you cant do one off soccer, which i did the day before. I was told the next day i cant do a parlay off a parlay. Then i was told i cant do a parlay off a straight. Today i just tried to do one and the lady says you cant do a straight wager off a parlay. Errr. Its pretty frustrating, but i know they are going through changes but wish it would just stay at something. I am not even sure what i can do now when it comes to that.

Jon, thanks for reading this thread. I am not talking solely on my experience. I am writing this based on what people been saying about how hard it is to reach you... and I never said anything about you guys going broke.. did I?? everyone obviously has concern when things like this happen... I understand you are not in the office 24 hours a day and that's the reason why I think you should share some of your work loads. and I made a small deposit today to test out the payout myself if I can win so I can have first hand experience with payout and see it for myself(so since I made a deposit with you guys, you can tell I am not concerned with you guys going broke, right?). when I called in at around 6:15ish, I asked you guys to email me with receiver's name to make a deposit. Around 6:30, I didn't get an email so I called back and it keeps going straight to wagering department even though I called CSR number... wagering dept transferred my call but no one picked up. so I had to keep call until CSR picks up and when finally someone picked up, he said he was the only person in the office. 1 person working to take care of any possible issues and processing deposits??? you guys needs to put some more people to work.

i deal with a few books that have a policy to hand out freeplays after losing such as sportsbook.ag which is a trade off for deposting at a place known to take 2 months to payout! Most books don't do this and i don't ask everyone.

because they used to have 20% cash rebate for monthly loss. and since they dont have it anymore and when i couldn't go make a deposit due to my work schedule, i emailed him to see if i can get some fp. so what?? its that bad to ask for fp?? and also its not like i emailed him every other week to beg for the fp, even though jon made a seem like i request it every other week.
