I'm really disappointed myself. I've vouched for Sportsbook.ag multiple times in the past on this site (some very recently) for which I received a TON of flak and criticism from other SBR forum posters.... and I HAD been very happy with their DC payout system that they've revamped multiple times. It was very simple and quick as recently as August / September. Now that that got clamped down on they're back to their ridiculous old timeframes. I'm waiting on 4 max checks and I know I'm not going to get them in time for my holiday trip to Las Vegas so it's very frustrating indeed.
The two things I will venture to guess on their behalf is that I'm sure they're working to open back up a DC payout system since it saves them a ton on Fed Ex shipping and worries about banks not accepting their checks. Secondly (and most importantly) I have never NOT received a payout from them - it sucks that we're back to two months but they WILL pay - even if you make the mistake of calling them every day, screaming at them, cursing at them, etc (which I stupidly used to do about 5 years ago when I was very new to this way of life). Calling and hectoring does absolutely no good so just sit back and relax and know that eventually your money will come.

The book is a nightmare. Always was & always will be. Waiting 2 months for funds is completely absurd. I recently saw posters vouch for the shit*y book. I was shocked. If they made payouts a priority, you would get your funds within 2 weeks. They don't give a crap. Playing there makes no sense

Honest to God - I still have my DC from them to some sketchy bank that worked as recently as September. You request a $2500 max payout - it's on your card in like 72 hours. You walk to you local bank, withdraw up to $1500 per day and you're golden. That was a fact and that's why I was gung ho on their payout system. I didn't go out of my way to start threads pimping this, but when it came up organically that I played with Sportsbook and other posters ragged me I simply pointed this out.
I agree that this current system is horrendous and I'm not happy that it's going to disrupt my holiday Vegas cash flow something awful.

Are they back to paper chekks then? One of my buddies deposited with them before consulting me. I told him that was the first book I'd ever wagered on and received a check no problem, but they were slow with their payouts. This was back around 2009.

i know payouts take time in this climate but 6-8 weeks? i have a low 4 figure payout still pending since 10/15 - they cannot tell me when I will get it. I know it will come but it is frustrating. I did not due my dilligence on them before depositiing so I have to wait. I am just venting and trying to warn others that are thinking of depositing here what you are in for.

Yeah paper checks from Canada was the last check I got (last March after football season ended). Then for basketball and baseball season it was the debit cards which were lightning fast transfers. I don't know why the debit cards keep getting shut off (I've now been through two of them - one was light blue and this last one was gold and they were through some redneck sounding guy in Texas). But now we're back to the checks - I've never had a bank decline to accept the check but I always got the feeling that the branch manager looked at me funny (I bank with Chase) when I used to walk in with these sketchy looking checks from Canada or wherever.

Stop making excuses for this book!
"In this climate" is NOT a valid reason to wait two months.
Why can other books get them to you within a week?
If Sportsbook.ag is too 'big' for their current processor(s), that's 110% on them, not us.

Thanks for the info. Have you ever done a bank transfer through them? I wonder if that would be faster.

I would get out of that book asap. A few years ago I had a horrible time getting two max check 2500 each. They took almost two months then when I finally did get them the bank would not accept them/bounced. I had to mail them back. I re deposited one and waited months to get the cash for the other. Never again.

I've been a sportsbook customer for many years. They pay. Right now it takes them a long time to process checks and send them out, but they eventually arrive.

Once they tell you it has been sent, it arrives quickly. Your bank will honor it, unless there is a blip with the processor, which happens very occasionally even with A books. I would say 99% you will have no problems depositing it.
Just don't want to say 100% because an A book just bounced one on me (they made good it on very quickly). In the past I have gotten bad checks from all kinds of outfits, including sportsbook.ag, but they always make good.

Right now I am more wary on the books that promise quick payout but can not delivery than books having long payout period clearly stated and delivery as promised.

Think everyone is spot on - takes a long time but they always pay - wire transfers working fine again now as well - rec'd a high 4 figure wire transfer from them last week - it definitely does take the 6 weeks though.

sportsbook.ag eventually pays but it takes forever. If you are a larger player they are not ideal as I have learned. I had a great run betting baseball and put multiple payouts on their system back in October at the maximum amounts. I still have over 10 pending from back in october which is well past the stated time frame. They should say that the timeframe only applies if you do not have multiple withdrawals on the system as they will only process one payout every two weeks or so. at this pace my payouts requested in October will not be processed by next summer. Its a shame that if you get lucky and win a larger amount you can not get your money out for 6 to 9 months.
