Coralbet is STEALING !!!

After registering in coral site(www.coral.co.uk) ,deposited 790 euro with my CC and played some bets.So shortly i won around 700 euros and placed a withdraw of 999 back to my CC.So after that they start asking me documents , i have sent them copyes from cc,ID,PASSPORT,DRIVER LICENSE,GRADUATE DIPLOMA ,utility bills and all in colour and high resolution .So after almoust 3 weeks they closed my account for good and said they will refund me only my deposit ,gave me this absolute BS reason that they could not fully verify my identity but that is an absolute crap since i sent them all posible documents on earth that i had , and steal me around 700 euros.Their decision is outrageous for me and it cannot be accepted.HELP HELP HELP I AM DESPERATE!!

Usualy i take precations when i join a new bookie ,but all i read about CORAL was ok never expekted that such a big bookie they will steal me 700 EUROS for absolutly no reason.And yes they limited me also to 13 euro bets after i won.They are completly scumbags .STAY AWAY

Have you asked them what is insufficient about the documentation you have provided and what is required to satisfy their requirements? If they refuse to answer that then no way can they justify confiscating your funds based on lack of ID verification.

I am from Romania.And i can assure you i have done nothing wrong,i deposited 790 euros .Won 700 .Withdrawed 999 after a couple of days ,i got no bonus no nothing .

hi,below is their e mail ,i have tryed in every day to find out what is the exact reason and to satisfy them but they refuse to talk to me .All they wanted is to steal my money ,they just give me the BS reason with the identity wich does not stand because i have sent them all posible documents and bet only from my computer.There was absolutly no reason to steal me 700 EURO. my opinion it's maybe because you are from a undeveloped country they think they can do everything with you !! i have also some issues with them ...limited bets at 11 euros from 200..300 euros and also they answer very very difficult to e-mail after several days ...5...7 !! and yes the biggest problem it's they validate wrong bets ( one day i called them i had a win bet and they validate void bet , incredible) !! but i fixed the problem only in the phone with them ...and again they give from a win bet a lost bets ...but they answer very fast to e-mail after i called them !! anyway my luck it's maybe i had the account verified before betting with them !! now i moved to another bookmakers which are more friendly with high rooler bettors !!

Unfortunately we cant do nothing! But all new costumer PLEASE VALID YOUR ACCOUNT ASAP, dont do later- after you win something! They can all the time refuse verify account only one chance is go to the they office/shop and ask them verify. But that as well not 100% to get verify acc.,
