books are not going out of bussiness any time soon...public will have 2-3 such weeks and books will have 7-8 such weeks. Books have had very good first few weeks. They need to stop crying coz books will always win long term.

Square city right now. Doesn't mean that sharps aren't among the winners. But with so many favorites covering, the public absolutely wins. Not sure why books would complain. The longterm picture doesn't change one bit. Do they lack the foresight or cash to deal with a few losing weeks? Degenerates think short term. Is that what they are?

I am a Rookie to this forum.. but a vetern to handicapping..

And every year there is 1 week and sometimes very rarely there are 2 weeks, that most of the fav's cover.. and everyone claims that the Casino's and Books took the biggest hit in 10-30 years..

If your a good handicapper you can pick em each week.. weather its on the sharp side or the square side.. the right side is where you want to be..

But it never fails... every year.. they SAY.. the books get the worst beating in 10-30 years..
but I dont believe this, they may have taken a beating.. but come one

Lines indicated as much. SBRodds was really quiet right before kickoff on Sunday at 1 p.m. Big moves in the direction of the favorites and then crickets. You could tell at that point it was going to be a big day for the public with teams like the Bears, Lions, Broncos and Ravens.
