That guy was from Africa though, wire got lost, traced and credited back to his account. Unfortunate, but it happens, may not even be pinny's fault. Its happend for me too in the past (not with pinnacle), and I dont live in a place where larger bank wires may be problematic.

Not much anyone on this forum can do, besides maybe the SBR staff, but be honest and tell you you probably dont have to worry too much about getting the funds unless you've done something wrong. Without you telling posters in this thread the full story, there's not much more anyone else can say to give you advice as you have not really provided any information at all. You referenced a thread where a poster from Nigeria had a problem receiving a wire and another case from years ago. Living in Nigeria it is not too surprising to run into delays once the wire is for a certain amount.
So it's probably best to wait for SBR to take a look at your complaint.

I walked you through how to start a thread on the forum. I then came in here and gave you the link to file a complaint.
Somehow in less than 12 hours you are now talking about a sick wife, FBI, Interpol, crappy German media, etc.
There is nothing SBR can do to help you under these circumstances if you're just going to rant in this thread. You need to either wait for someone to review your complaint form and contact you or just go pursue whatever you think might work. Pinnacle apologised to you for the delay. You haven't shown anything in here that they're trying to steal your money so there's nothing for posters to say to you. If the medical situation you keep referring to is in fact true thats unfortunate however it really isn't a good idea to rely on gambling winnings to pay for possible life saving surgery. Don't start with the cardiac stuff. My father died of a cardiac arrest walking down the street and my mother died of breast cancer after being diagnosed a few months earlier. Do you want any more sad stories? It has nothing to do with payments from sportsbooks.
