2. We have no idea if you acted legally, if your identification is legal, etc

However if you used false ID, multiple accounts, etc to play there or if for example your IP address doesn't match where you claim to live, you might run into a delay while they determine what to do with your account.

Again though: While 9300 Euro might be a lot to you, that's another person's bet size. It's not a lot of money at all to that sportsbook. Don't tell stories and don't be rude to staff at Pinnacle. GL with it all.

just 9300? pinnacle send 10.000 in less than 2 minutes after the request, if you are using an e-wallet. it is a small sum for them. they are solid, very respected and probably the most honest book there is.

I hope he understands from our posts that pinnacle is a very very very solid book. As long as he hasn't done anything wrong then he will get his money back. To be honest though, his posts alone make his case a little suspicious so I wouldn't be surprised if there is more to the story that we don't know.

In my humble opinion, nobody should start posting on forums that you need the money quick for health reasons and stuff like that. Keep the reason to your self when it is so personal, and just say that you need the money extremely urgent if that is the case. The moment you start dramatizing about urgent health issues you sound like all those scam stories that are flying on the internet. "help me please, blah blah blah" I get such spam emails every month and they are usually related to Africa.

I completely agree with you. A look at my posting history will show I side with the player over books a great majority of the time but when you come into the forums and go off on the kind of rant he did and accuse Pinny of cheating you out of $9000, it was easy to see that the blame likely didn't lie with the book this time. In all honesty we all know Pinny can pay that amount many times over day after day.

This fella is lying. No doubt about it. You can tell from his attitude an also from his pathetic story about the wife's surgery. If that was true he would have probably kept it more private. He maybe even would embarrassed to have his wife's life tied up in gambling.
This is what I reckon happened:
There is something wrong with his account or deposits and Pinnacle is delaying his withdrawal until they invesigate. When his withdrawal was denied he then contacted Pinnacle CS and made up this story of the hole in the heart hoping that Pinnacle would take pity on him and hurry to pay him without completing their investigation. When plan A failed and they still asked him to wait then came plan B.
He started abusing (and we all know he is very good at it) and thtreatening of going public in all the forums, including the best known SBR forum. Obviously then they blocked him out of CS and sent him a polite automatic e-mail apologizing for the delay...
Then came plan C. He carries out his threats and posts in the forum, hoping that someone from Pinnacle is reading or someone from SBR would report back to Pinnacle:
Hey guys, this fella is serious. He is posting on our forum that he is gonna get Mulder and Scully from the FBI to look into his case. And also he is gonna appear in the Jerry Springer show.
, and hope that Pinnacle will shit down their pants and pay him on a rush.
Now all we have to do is wait to see what plan D is. It could be D for disappear, because he has gone very quiet.

And if you still have any doubt if he is lying or not, just think: how could an idiot like this be even married?

And now I sit back and enjoy all the abuse that will soon be coming my way. I have to admit, he is good for a laugh, but it is a pity that scammers like this one come in and waste SBR staff's time and resources, and even abuse the same member of SBR that was trying to help him.
